To be eligible for admission to Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture candidate should pass (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates as per Maharashtra state government rules) or equivalent grade. Valid score of National/ State Level or other equivalent UG Entrance examinations like ATMA UG, MH-CET UG, etc.

Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 to apply for UG courses at DY Patil College of Architecture. The college offers BArch at the UG level. The minimum aggregate to apply for BArch is 45%. Hence, aspirants with 60% in Class 12 can apply for admission provided they also fulfil the selection requirements. National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA) in both computer-based or offline mode. Aspirants with a valid NATA score are considered for admission. The college releases a merit list to announce the names of the selected candidates.
