The MBBS program at Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College in Pune has the following fee structure in INR for the 2022-23 academic year:

• Management / General Category: 50,000 (Tuition Fee)
• NRI / FN / PIO Category: US$ 40,000 (Tuition Fee) + US$ 2700 (University Eligibility Fee) + US$ 4355 + 1NR (One-time non-refundable Hostel Fee)
• Caution Money Deposit: Refundable without interest after completion of the course and deduction of all dues.

Also, there is an increase of 7% in tuition fees each year.

No, one is not able to join Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College directly without an entrance exam. The institution follows merit-based admission which is formulated on the basis of candidates' scores of NEET-UG exam followed by many other accepted exams such as MHT CET, NATA, GRE etc.
