Pathrikar College of CS & IT offers BCA and BSc programmes in various branches like Computer Science, Robotics, Information Technology, Animation, etc. At PG level, Dr. G.Y. Pathrikar College of CS & IT offers MSc in various branches like Information Technology, Animation, Data Science, etc. All these courses are offered in affiliation with MGM University.

Admission to Integrated MSc course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Additionally, candidates must pass Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate (PCM/ PCB/ Computer/ Electronics / Statistics / Commerce/ Economics) or vocational course (MCVC) with Computer Techniques/ IT/ Electronics or 3 years Diploma in Engineering ( by the board of Technical Education) to apply for Integrated MSc course.

The college offers seven courses at the UG level in affiliation with MGM University. Dr. G.Y. Pathrikar College of CS & IT courses include BCA, Integrated MSc and BSc.
