This college has a good infrastructure and facilities, and faculty members are helpful.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 35,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month and the average salary offered is Rs. 35,000 per month. I am not sure about the top recruiters for our course because I am in 3rd year now. The highest salary package of 4.2 LPA and the lowest salary package of 3 LPA and the average salary package of 3.6 LPA are offered in our course. Almost 100% of the students got internships from our course.
Infrastructure: Our department has a well-maintained laboratory, along with a laboratory technician. The entire campus is enabled with free Wi-Fi facility, and there is also a very good library facility. There are two hostels, and one hostel is for boys, and another hostel is for girls. The quality of the food served is very good, and there is a first aid medical facility. Our college has a huge playground.
Faculty: Teachers here are very cooperative and very helpful. Electronics and communication engineering has a very good industry and technology-based things for students to learn and to implement various things. Through this, they can earn a handsome salary in future. They can also invent new things related to upcoming technology.
Other: Electronics and communication is a multifunctional course, and I like electronics gadgets very much to learn and to make something. So I have chosen this course as my future. There is no need to improve anything in our course. Studying and learning are the base of the course, but our college organises sports and fests simultaneously.

I highly recommend this college because of good faculty, labs and support from the college.
Placements: I am a 3rd-year student from ECE department of batch 2017-2021. I have seen good placements of last three batches. Most of our seniors got good placement in good MNCs with a pretty good salary package. In ECE department 70-80% of the students got placements. The highest salary package I heard is 6 LPA, and the average salary package is between 2 LPA-3 LPA. Many tech giants such as Samsung, Sony, Accenture, Wipro, TCS, IBM and many more companies visit our college for recruitment. Our college offer B.Tech and M.Tech degree in various engineering departments. The highest salary package offered in ECE is 4.8 LPA while the average salary package is between 2 LPA -3.6 LPA. The college provides 2-3 internships to every student in various companies, mostly in IT companies like TCS, IBM, Wipro Accenture, Globysn, etc.
Infrastructure: The college is located in Samali, which is a little far from town. The campus area is about 8 acres surrounded by a green atmosphere. The college is divided into 8 blocks from block A to block F. This college has a fantastic collection of labs, especially for mechanical students. Classroom are good. There is only one library in the college i.e., Central Library. It is huge, and you can find any books related to engineering subjects.
Faculty: Teachers of our college are average but they are very supportive by nature. They motivate students to do various projects and to develop skills. Teachers are well qualified and are having good knowledge. Our university MAKUT well designs the curriculum and the college follows it well. The college grooms the students and makes them industry-ready.
Other: I chose electronics and communication engineering, as I have a great interest in semiconductors and various electronic devices. The lab of this college helps me to gain practical knowledge about my subject. The college organises fest, entrepreneurship and sports events every year.

I am satisfied with the faculty members.
Placements: I do not know about placements because I am in the 3rd year, but placements are good. In the starting the average salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA. Many students got an internship at our college in companies like the Indian Navy.
Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, canteen, playground, and workshop. The hostel of our college is sprawled over 3-floors. Food served in our college is good. Medical facilities, like first aid, is available in the hostel. Hostel students play at the college ground.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are friendly with the students. They are very helpful. They try to solve all the questions of the students. Some faculty members are PhD holders, but most of them are M.Tech qualified. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students' industry-ready.

An insight into Dream Institute of Technology.
Placements: Wipro, Himadri Chemicals, L&T are the companies that visit. The management is encouraging students to take part in off-campus drives. They are making us aware of the ongoing campusing around us. They are also arranging various assessment tests for the recruitment of the students. If students are interested, they can ask for the referral for internships.
Infrastructure: There are good labs with sufficient PCs. There are proper lab instruments. The campus got its own Wi-Fi access throughout the campus. The classrooms are large and adequate for 100 students at a time. The sports resources are quite good, but the medical facility is not sufficient. As the place is far from the main town, sometimes, students are facing issues regarding refreshments.
Faculty: The faculty are well-qualified. All major engineering streams of B.Tech
are available here, and now they added M.Tech. Every department got its own head of the department. The college is following the curriculum of WBUT. They are also arranging soft skills session for grooming. The courses are well balanced with the lab activities of the courses.
Other: It is 20 minutes away from Thakurpukur, It is a rural area campus.

DIT, Kolkata is such a college in Kolkata where engineering dream comes true.
Placements: The college has awesome placements with top MNC companies, and DIT, Kolkata is the most innovative campus in Kolkata. There are some extra grooming classes which help to get a job easily, and the college provides some training and internship programme for every student. There are a specific training and placement cell which think about making every student placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is also very good as the classrooms are comfortable and AC. There is a free Wi-Fi, wide playground, very pleasant and comfortable canteen with large space in the college. The boys and girls hostels are available inside the college campus, and the steps are good, and also there is a big library inside the college campus for students.
Faculty: All the faculty members of the college are knowledgeable, qualified, and too much helpful. Especially our principal takes too much care of each student, and all streams of engineering are available with knowledgeable faculty members in the college. The condition of practical laboratories is too good and comfortable.
Other: Some innovative events celebrated in this campus. The annual fest of DIT is very well known, and the college also has a great focus on extracurricular activities of students. There are some opportunities to get the scholarship.

Ideal college for people who just want a degree while being economical.
Placements: The placements of the institute were below average in our batch. Only initial rounds of placements happened which enabled nearly 20% of the students in our batch to get placed.
Some of the companies which visited our campus were: Armia Systems Inc, Hexaware Technologies, Amazon (support role), etc.
The average salary offered was 2.5 LPA, the minimum salary being 1.9 LPA and the highest being 2.75 LPA.
Roles offered to students: customer executive, systems engineers, junior engineer
Training was offered to the students in different companies as a part of B. Tech curriculum such as BSNL, Indian Railways, etc. There were no stipends offered as these were free training.
Some of the companies which visited the campus on occasion of placements of earlier batches were : Rashmi, Pena, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus is enabled with Wi-Fi though the access is granted at request. The classrooms are non-AC, Library access is given to every student who seeks for it. Medical facilities are there with additional medical room for the needy. Sports and gaming facilities are not allowed during the college hours, before and after college hours students can make use of it. The playground is located within the campus itself. The hostel is situated on the campus (both boys and girls) with canteen facility. The infrastructure of the college is average.
Faculty: The faculty members were helpful and always ready to extend help to the needy guys, not too harsh and neither too lenient. The faculty members are reliable. All the professors/lecturers were masters in technology in their respective fields with lab assistants having a B. Tech degree. Teaching methods were very ordinary, comparable to that with a high school except for humanities where the use of projectors and presentations were made for understanding a concept. The course curriculum was according to WBUT standards and was mediocre. There wasn't much industry exposure as most of the teaching happened in classes. The student to teacher ratio was 50:1.

Other: DIT is one of the premiere institutes in the technical education sector. Controlled and owned by Sarkar Trust, this is a private college functioning under the guidance of MAKAUT (previously WBUT) established in the year 2006. The governance body has Dr. Dipankar Sarkar as Director and his father Mr. S P Sarkar as chairman. The campus boasts of the huge lush green area and provides a good campus life with hostel facility for both girls and boys inside the campus. It has all the basic amenities for lodging and also maintains a good infrastructure and a library for academia. The college owns a number of buses and provides a pickup facilities for the faculty and the students coming from the different parts of the city. The students get numerous streams in the B-Tech to choose from. Some of the streams offered by the college are ECE, EE, CSE, M-Tech and Civil. They have recently started with M-Tech courses. Over the years, the students come up together and created a very big cultural fest where they occasionally invite popular celebrities to perform and entertain.

Other: College is good but the Director is one man army or Don of the college which makes the college worst. Poor quality of education. Takes a lot of money forcefully like for fest and other activity. Disgusting, some of the faculty members are really good. O% placement but college shows 100%. No proper industrial training is provided. Overall full money and carrier waste.
