One can fulfil their dreams in this college.

Placements: Placements provided in our college are excellent. Every year, a minimum of 90% of the students get placed every year, and all of them were offered excellent packages. Most of the students got placed in multinational companies. All the students got a chance to get placed and get remarkable packages from the companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent and eco-friendly. Labs, classrooms, and library are well-furnished and well-maintained, and all are student-friendly. Medical facilities are provided in our college. Every month, sports and games were conducted. There is a canteen in our college, and it provides lunch for students.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are excellent, well-qualified, and experienced. The teaching skills of every faculty member are marvellous, and all of them are student-friendly. They help students to learn quickly and make students develop their skills.

Other: Our college conducts extracurricular activities once every three months. They provide an opportunity to show their talent in front of others.

Struggles with college life.

Placements: Placements are tomfool for the students. When u get hired by some local contractor, u have to worked in their company between 14-16 hours continuously and your salary as an engineer is just 12000/- ( maximum as a fresher) which is not justifying the hard work that all hired candidates do. In this college I still haven't seen any state level company to justify the college placement's status, you can remember here the college comes under state level colleges only. There is no such meaning of internship you got from this college. The placement cell of this college is to make money from the company which will come to hire the students. No helpful gesture is provided to the students for their future expects. No industrial visits during my college time. No extra curricular activities with other colleges. 96% passed out students are still searching for jobs of this college. What type of quality should be in an engineer, would't help them without any guidance of good faculty members. Mostly faculty members of this college have been passed only B.Tech to teach the students this is how u can understand the level of quality of teaching.

Infrastructure: In the internet world, the range of connectivity is so wide and easy and off course affordable after the Reliance Jio has launched its services. In this college Wi-fi is just for kidding mean they will not give you its password? Anyhow. Classrooms are good but you will miss a good faculty and a projector, the thing which is common to teach engineers. Library is limited. No more new novels came since I was there. Medical facilities are good. Sports and games is only for those who have good connection with their faculty members. The best example is I. I was selected after trail for the cricket game but they gave a chance to the senior boy who didn't even no how to catch. This is the reality I had faced there. Labs are good for mechanical stream but there should be quality faculty to teach the students at new level. It is common that everyone has a problem with college canteens. Hostel rooms are good.

Faculty: Some Teachers are helpful but they are unable to feed the hunger of the enthusiastic students this is just because of their Qualification ( mostly faculty members are Under Graduates only). They don't know how to use bookish knowledge into practical exam. They only use classrooms to teach the students. A good engineering faculty is the one who can teach the students anywhere. The ratio of student to faculty is 30:1 approximately. No I didn't get industry exposure during my college life. Course curriculum depends on how well you get focused in your college classes.

Other: Events are happened. Fests are happened. But the percentage of participants is below average. All these things are only happened inside the college wall. I mean beyond the college you have no chance to explore yourself. I got only two times scholarship in 4 years remained fees I would have to be paid.

Everything is absolutely very bad in this college. It is not a college, it is a school.

Placements: The placements are fake. Eshan College is not able to provide a secure job in any company. They provide contact basis jobs. The working hours are 12 hours and the salary offered was Rs. 12,000 per month. Eshan College provides labour engineers for the company. In this college, engineers are provided with labour placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure looks like a state board school. The quality of the labs is very bad because there is no equipment. There is no digital library. Medical facilities are very bad. Overall, the infrastructure is not attractive.

Faculty: The faculty of the college are very bad, and Eshan College appointed faculty at very low salary. Faculty members do not have any experience, due to this, the quality of the education is very bad. There is a shortage of faculty members, and one teacher teaches 4 or 5 subjects. Overall, the level of education is very bad.

Other: The environment is just like a school. The main important thing is imposing fine on students. The management is very bad in this college.

Bad performance of this college in placement area.

Placements: Very poor placement. Few companies visited with low packages. Local companies also visited. Future is not bright in those companies. Fake placements are done sometimes. The college started in 2009. Till date, not a single mnc has visited. Percentage of students being placed is very poor.

Infrastructure: Classrooms, labs, workshop are quite impressive. Big playing ground for different games, music room is good. The best part of this college is the library. You get new edition books from different writers, whether standard or local. In short, all is good for this section.

Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, experienced. I feel good to be in the shelter of them. Their teaching style is impressive. They start from basics, no matter how experienced you are. The course curriculum is useful. All is yours as long as you cooperate with your faculty. But faculty is not permanent in the college. They switch to other colleges.
