Place to be for study and fun. Good placement and great campus.

Placements: Placement are awesome every year in this college but competition is also tough here. Out of 60, 50 people are placed in MCA. And around 30 companies come into the campus for MCA MS and M.Tech combined. From big companies to small. Big companies like Symantec, Veritas hired 7-8 people. And every company provide stipend during internship and turning up into permanent employee depends on you.

Infrastructure: It is okay. Not too much fancy. May be it will become in future as it converted into autonomous college. But still college comes under India's heritage. So, buildings of college are not developed often just maintained. It contains large campus to roam around.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, knowledgeable, but you have to ask or dig them to get knowledge from them. Teaching quality I would say is 65-70% out of 100 but competition between students help you grow in this college. And, in time to time, you will get free guest lecture from good authors of your book. All in all, one will get good exposure.

College review of the Fergusson.

Placements: The placement depends on your knowledge and talent. If the student is capable of securing a place with their knowledge, then it's a right place. Usually, 30-35 companies visit the college for the placement activity, and the placement percentage is around 70-75 %. You will be placed with a good salary package.

Infrastructure: Well. It is quite a concern. Depends on how you think about the infrastructure. If you are looking for a college, concerning the infrastructure, then it fails to deliver that. But, if you want are looking for better future, it is the right place. It is still old looking from outside, but the resources are good.

Faculty: The faculty are good. There are some pros and cons. They are fully supportive if you want to have any support. They guide you and help in every aspect, wherever you are weak, and they are not at all partial to any particular student. You can clear your doubt with them whenever required.

Fergusson College gives hostel facilities to its students. There are six hostels with accommodation capacity of 441 male and 230 female students. There are also two honorary medical officers visiting the hostels thrice in a week and providing medical consultation to the hostel students.
