Teachers are so friendly and they help us.

Placements: Top recruiters are Accenture, IBM, TCS, TUDIP, and ESS. Very small MNC companies are coming, but in MCA, fewer are placed there. The average package is 3.5 lakh; the highest package is 4.2 lakh; and the percentage of students getting it is 16.6666%. My plans after getting a degree are to go to Bangalore and Hyderabad for off-campus study.

Infrastructure: There is a hostel for boys and three hostels for girls. Accommodation is less for boys, around 250 to 280 in one hostel. Hostel fees are around 40000 for girls and boys per year. Affordable due to their lack of PG around the college. There is a food court and cafeteria for students. Meal quality is good but prices are much higher.

Faculty: The course curriculum of MCA is very relevant. Major coursework includes Modern Operation Systems, Software Engineering Principles, Theory of Computation, Compiler Design, Computer Networks, Artificial Intelligence, etc. There are no mid-semester exams for PG. End-semester exams are held in November (for the Aug-Nov semester) and April (for Jan-April semester). Apart from these, quizzes for every modules are conducted.

Placements: The placements in the college are neither good nor bad, they are average. Avatu private limited gave offers to 5 students for the developer profile. Over 70% students got jobs while the remaining 10% went for higher studies. 10% of the students got placed in off-campus placements while 10% remained unemployed. TCS, IBM, Datamatics, Aloha tech and many others visited for hiring. Top companies offered a minimum package of 2 lacs, an average package of 4 lacs and the highest was 10 lacs. Roles offered are that of data analyst and software developer.

Infrastructure: College consists of one straight building, there is no campus and it is not good. No Wi-Fi is available but we can use the internet on our laptops and then connect to Wi-Fi. Library is well stocked and the librarian has a good behaviour, but if the books are not returned within 15 days, you will have to pay a fine. 4 students share a single hostel room having separate beds for all the students. Mess food is average but they provide the same type of curry. First aid kit is available along with an emergency alarm for safety.

Faculty: The best thing about the college is the faculty. They understand our problems, instead of giving assignment and writing work, they conduct presentations on topics. Our college is autonomous and our syllabus aligns with the industry. The college has a newly launched AI course which is trending in the industry. Exams are easy to pass with medium difficulty level.

Other: Teachers are the best thing about the college. The canteen and the hostel food is the worst.

The college staff is very good.

Placements: From my course, MCA students will be eligible from the 2nd semester, and many companies visit the college every year, such as Amazon, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, and many foreign companies. In 2022, Capgemini and Cognizant hired 300+ students. The highest package in the college till now was 3 crores, and the average package is around 4.5 LPA. In LPU, around 85% of students get placed in top MNCs. My plan is to get placed in one of the top MNC companies with a good package.

Infrastructure: There are 2 hostels for boys and 3 hostels for girls inside the campus. Both boys' hostels have 4 floors, and all of them are equipped with facilities like personal bathrooms and toilets, Wi-Fi, and 2 water coolers on each floor. Each room consists of 3 beds/cots and 3 cupboards, allowing a maximum of 3 students in each room. The rooms are spacious enough for a student, and they are provided with a study table and chair for studying. There is a time restriction for students, requiring boys to be in their respective hostels before 10 pm and girls before 9:30 pm. Various peons and hostel rectors are available in case any help is required. In case of problems, students can freely approach the rector. Hostel fee: INR 38,800 per year.

Faculty: I have chosen this course because it provides me with a future filled with job opportunities and good internships at the university level. The course also offers excellent placements with reputable companies and industry collaborations provided by the university. Class size: 45. Course fees: INR 102,000 per year.

The college is located in the best area, and the best technology is used in the college.

Placements: Rajarshi Shahu college is the best campus in Pune city. The biggest MNCs come to the campus. 99% of students got placed on campus. The highest salary package offered this year is 15 LPA, and the average salary package is 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Wipro, Capgemini etc.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is the best. New technologies are available for teaching purposes. Wi-Fi is available 24*7 for students in the library and campus area. Classrooms are large and the best. The hostel is very good, and the mess and canteen are available nearby the hostel. Food quality on the campus is the best.

Faculty: The faculty members are helpful to all students. They have teaching experience of 10 to 15 years and very good knowledge. They teach difficult topics in a simple way and also teach techniques to remember that method. The course makes the students industry-ready.

Absolutely it is an average college.

Placements: Less than 5% of the students got placed from the MCA department of JSPM's Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering, Tathawade, Pune. Our college has ranked with an A+ grade, but faculty members, teaching and placements are very poor. From our entire batch, none of the students got placements and also internships from our college.

Infrastructure: The hostel is average here. Wi-Fi and the library are poor on the campus. Mess facilities are very poor, and sports are also very poor. I will rate this college as very poor.

Faculty: In JSPM's Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering, Tathawade, Pune, teaching faculty members are good but not very helpful and not knowledgeable. We are not satisfied. The teaching of faculty members is good, but it is not worth the fees you pay. Our college is average.
