Engineers require no introduction.
Placements: 60% of the students get internships, and 90% of the students get placement for our batch or our course. The college has been trying hard to bring in good companies for the past few years and has been successful in doing so, because of which the placements at the college have become good nowadays. The students are getting placed in their core jobs, which were not there earlier. The average package stands at INR 6 lakh rupees, and the roles offered are machine learning engineer and marketing analyst.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided to our course in terms of infrastructure are good, such as a well-connected Wi-Fi-enabled campus. The college also has a mess facility available, but the food quality in the mess is not good. There is no dedicated mess committee to look after the quality of the food.
Faculty: The teachers in FISAT are very highly qualified in terms of academics and are also highly experienced. The faculty members are always up for an explanation on any topic given to us. The faculty members are dedicated to delivering high-value content that is extremely relevant in terms of industry standards.

My journey of getting a Masters degree.
Placements: The placement rate for our batch was approximately 85%, the percentage for placement was so low because the college at that time did not have any dedicated cell for placement and the average package of the college was also extremely low I. e. 5,00,000. The companies were amazon, Flipkart, and Wipro.
Infrastructure: The campus is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and the college has a state of arts labs for all its courses. The college has different setting areas for both men and women for mess and canteen and we also have medical facilities available for us, the college also has a tie-up with a nearby hospital.
Faculty: The teaching quality of the teachers in FISAT is good. The faculty members are dedicated to teaching and helping students on a day-to-day basis. The college also offers several student support services and facilities such as counseling sessions. The curriculum I relevant to the industry.

A guide before taking admission in FISAT.
Placements: The percentage of students that get placed in our college is only 60% - 70%, the college does not provide good placement opportunities the college does not provide me with any kind of internship as well and the college takes a higher fee for management students.
Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure provided to us are very low as compared to the feels charge to us. The feels charge to us are high as compared to the amenities and the facilities provided to us making the college expensive and the quality of the food is also not at all up to the mark.
Faculty: The curriculum of our college is not that relevant to the industry standard and that is the prime reason for the students of our college not getting placed because most of us are not up to date with that of industry and teachers and the genuinely helpful and qualified.

Q:   Are admissions at Federal Institute of Science and Technology entrance-based or merit-based?
A:

Yes, entrance-based admissions are the main criteria for B.Tech programs, as passing JEE Main or comparable national/state exams is required. Merit and admissions chances are determined by rank on these tests.
Prior to being admitted, students must take and pass national engineering admission exams such as JEE Main. The institute determines the qualifying cut-off scores. Therefore, passing the eligibility test for admission is crucial.
After that, admissions are determined by the entrance exam results' All India ranking. Only the students' JEE Main merit rankings are used to fill seats.

In addition to admission ranking, the 12th standard percentage may also be taken into consideration for seats under reserved quota or at the institute level. However, the determining factor for the majority of seats is entrance exam merit.
