The mode of Future University Bareilly course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on merit and the accepted entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams are JEE Main, UPTAC, and others. Admissions with 75% in Class 12 is possible but with a good rank or score in entrance exam.

Because the university accepts the relevant scores of CUET UG and Class 12 for admission to the BTech course.
