- The MAT Dec 2025 registrations are now open. For PBT mode, the last date to register is Dec 7, 2025, and the exam is scheduled for Dec 13, 2025. Moreover, for CBT mode, the registration closes on Dec 15, 2025, and the exam date is Dec 21, 2025.

There are a total of 28 courses offered at by the institute. These courses are offered across fields of Engineering and Mass Communication & Media, etc. They are available at the UG and PG levels. These courses include B.E. / B.Tech, BSc, MBA/PGDM, and M.Sc, etc. Admission to some of the programmes is subject to merit in the last qualifying exam and for some courses, admission is entrance-based. Commonly asked questions On Fees and Eligibility
Currently, the admissions for the BBA course at FIEM are closed. The college opens the admission portal once the affiliating university releases the dates for MAKAUT CET. Candidates who are planning to get admission into the BBA course must track the dates of releasing the MAKAUT CET application form, Issuance of the MAKAUT CET admit card, facilitation of the MAKAUT CET mock test, dates of the MAKAUT CET exam, and declaration of the MAKAUT CET results.
Yes, FIEM does offer BBA courses for the duration of three years. Further, the course is divided into six semesters. The institute offers two BBA course, s one as a general course and another in specialisationon of Hospital Management. The eligibility requirements for admission to BBA course is applicants must complete their Class 12 from any stream with an aggregate of at least 50%.
For FIEM Kolkata postgraduate admission, two courses are available: M.B.A. and M.C.A. Students must take the WB JECA in order to be admitted to M.C.A.

Admission Process:
Students must meet the eligibility criteria.
Fill the WB JECA application form.
Candidates must appear for WB JECA (West Bengal Joint Examination for Masters in Computer Applications).
Also, students need to participate in WB JECA counselling and must choose FIEM Kolkata as their preferred college for admission.
Verify the documents and pay the fees. Documents required are :
Class 10th admit card/ certificate or birth certificate for verification of age
Higher secondary (10+2) level or equivalent certificate.
Degree mark sheets as applicable.
Any other documents as per the criteria set by different universities / institutes.
SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PwD certificate issued from competent authority ( where applicable).
Domicile certificate.
JECA counselling registration form & rank card.
Two copies of recent passport size colour photograph.

Commonly asked questions On Fees Breakdown
BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering is an AICTE-approved programme at FIEM. Candidates, who have passed class 12th with a minimum of 45% with a valid score in JEE Mains or WBJEE are eligible to pursue the programme. Candidates have to pay an approximately fees of INR 4.06 Lacs for the programme.

Undergraduate and graduate admissions are available at the Future Institute of Engineering and Management in Kolkata. Admission to FIEM Kolkata is determined via entrance. To be considered for admission to FIEM Kolkata for a BTech program, students must first take the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) and then undergo WBJEE counseling. The admission to the BTech programme at FIEM Kolkata is contingent upon the JEE Main result. MAT/JEMAT is a requirement for applicants seeking admission to the FIEM Kolkata MBA program. Shortlisted candidates have to attend the JEMAT counseling session. Candidates get admitted to FIEM Kolkata MCA programs based on their results in the West Bengal Joint Examination for Masters in Computer Applications (WB JECA). Later, WBJECA centralised counselling is conducted to fill the seats.
