Exploring the placements and academic excellence of a top-tier college.
Placements: Our college guarantees 70% placement. The highest package went for INR 36 LPA, and the lowest was INR 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Cognizant, TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, Amazon, Adani, Wipro, and DXC. My course is electronics and telecommunications, and in my course, everyone got an internship at good companies. The top roles offered in our course were data scientist, big data engineer, and project manager.
Infrastructure: In our college, the facilities provided are above average but not excellent. The quality of facilities provided in our hostel is quite good, and the quality of food provided in the mess is okay. There is a library that includes all the study materials for your course.
Faculty: The teaching faculty is really good at this college and very helpful. They will provide you with everything necessary, like notes to prepare for exams. The new courses available in our college, like data science, IoT, and AI, are really up-to-date and make the students industry-ready. The exams in our college are not at all tough and can easily be aced with the notes provided by the professors. The pass percentage depends on your CAE, TAE, and ESE marks.
Other: I chose this course in electronics and telecommunications because it includes both hardware and software and gives the best of both worlds. I guess changing the curriculum can improve our course, as it has gotten outdated. Our college is good with activities, which include extracurriculars and other things like fests, celebrity nights, dances, etc. The campus crowd is very free and energetic.

Review of G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering.
Placements: Placements provided in our college are good, with an average salary package of 4.5 LPA to 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cognizant, TCS, DXC Technology, etc. All the students are expected to go for 6-month industry internships as per college guidelines.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Hostel facility is very good. Mess and canteen serve fresh food. Many sports events organised throughout the year are enjoyable and fun to be part of.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are great, helpful, and knowledgeable. They teach students very well and clear their doubts if needed. I'm impressed with their teaching. They provide a supportive learning environment.
Other: Our college organises events like traditional days, flash mobs, and various cultural events every year. Students got a chance to watch live performances of Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi a few months ago.

Our college had a good infrastructure and I would recommend students to join this college.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in multinational companies. Companies like Wipro, TCS, HCL, Infosys, Infocept, LTI, and L&T visit our campus every year for hiring students. Teachers were very helpful. They taught us everything about interviews and technical rounds before placements.
Infrastructure: There was a hostel behind the college. It provided very tasty food for hostel students. Medical facilities were available for students staying in hostels. Our college had a big library where all types of books were available. Our college provided us with Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were very helpful and were always available to help us. They were friendly, teach well, and conducted doubt sessions also. They arrange for industry visits every month so that students can learn more. Exams were quite hard but if you study well, you will be able to pass the examination easily.

It is the second-best college in Nagpur because of its education and placements.
Placements: It has the best placement opportunities for computer science students because the companies they visit are mostly MNCs and large IT firms. Every year, almost 300 to 400 students get placed. Reputed companies like IBM, TCS, Capgemini TECH-M, Zensar, Amazon, Think and Learn, Global Logitech, and many more visit the campus. Each company provides an average salary package of 3.0 LPA to 3.7 LPA.
Faculty: The exam pattern in GHRCE is semester-wise, and the grading system is CGPA. Our college has qualified faculty members.
Other: I have done a diploma course. That's why I selected electronics and telecommunication engineering in this college because they provide a good learning experience and other facilities. GH Raisoni is a decent college for engineering. It has an AAA+ rating.

The college is the best and it improves day by day.
Placements: About 90% of students got placements in the 2022 batch. The highest salary package offered is 17 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS, Persistent, and many Nagpur companies also come to our college. The startup company is also available on-campus only. About 100 % got internships in the 7th semester and 8th semester.
Infrastructure: It is a good college for engineering. All facilities are available on campus. There is a small gym. An indoor sports stadium is available in the middle of the college. Many events take place. They focus on extra activities also. Many sports take place at the college level and intercollege also.
Faculty: All the teachers in our college are well qualified. Maximum teachers are Ph.D. holders. The course is relevent and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exam is too difficult. They give a weightage of 50% for internal and 50% for external which help students to pass the exam.
Other: The faculty in the electronic and telecommunication branch is good. All teachers are Ph.D. holders with a maximum strength of 180 in our department.
