Best moments of my career at MIT Aurangabad.
Placements: Overall UG (4-year) course (graduation batch 2023). Approximately 45% to 50% of CSE students got placed. As per information, 180 out of 417 students got placed. College claims higher overall percentage between 60% to 80% placed in computer science and engineering. The highest package was INR 80 LPA and in 2023 INR 12 LPA. For CSE, the average package ranges between INR 4 LPA to INR 23 LPA. Top recruiting companies in CSE were TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Amazon, Red Hat, Cognizant, and Hexaware. The college mentions mandatory internships (20 weeks in the 8th semester).
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at MIT Aurangabad was comprehensive, featuring modern digital classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, and an extensive central library with vast physical and digital resources. Campus Wi-Fi was available. Hostel facilities were good, with separate buildings for boys and girls. It offered various types and essential amenities like 24X7 security, power, and water. The mess food was generally hygienic and satisfactory. Basic medical facilities were available on campus, supported by the nearby MIT hospital. For sports, there was a ground for cricket, football, and volleyball plus indoor games and a gym. MIT offered well-equipped infrastructure for academic departments including digital classrooms and labs.
Faculty: At MIT Aurangabad, faculty members were generally qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful, contributing to a good teaching quality that focuses on practical understanding. Course curriculum was highly relevant and updated due to its autonomous status. They effectively making students industry-ready through project-based learning and mandatory industry training. Semester exams were typically moderately difficult and fair with a good pass percentage for students who study consistently.
Other: As my batch was 2019-2023, I chose computer science and engineering course because of its relevance to the rapidly evolving tech industry. Best aspects included a focus on practical, industry-ready skills through dedicated labs. It provided mandatory internships in companies like TCS, Wipro, and Capgemini. Top roles such as software developer and data analyst were offered. The highest package for CSE was upto INR 23 LPA. The average salary was around INR 3 LPA - 5 LPA. Internship stipend was up to INR 40,000. There was widespread Wi-Fi for students. Campus life was active with events like Technoblitz and various clubs and scholarships like MIT-TARA were available.

It is an average college in my opinion.
Placements: The college is good for placements. I can only it is good and not very bad and also not very best placements. It is an average college for placements. At least 30% of students get placements with the average package of 3 LPA. Roles like frontend, backend, or java full stack developer are offered to students.
Infrastructure: The college has a separate hostel and in that, a separate mess is also available. I don't like the quality of the food in the hostel as it is of average quality, and some days the quality is not acceptable. The college does not support much about sports and games, so students learn or go to outside classes. Facilities are okay.
Faculty: Teachers of the college are well-educated and have a lot of experience in teaching. I like the teaching quality the most. Teachers are supportive in every academic situation. I don't think the course curriculum is relevant because the syllabus is fixed that's why not we are getting outer things or industry things.
Other: I chose this course because I like this course. At my time, it was the most demanding course, and everyone took this course. It should improve the hostel's things or food. It organises the special event named Kalavingham and all MIT celebrates it. There is a scholarship for students.

It is a good college in some aspects.
Placements: The percentage of the students who got placement is low in my batches as the companies do not come for the placement round. Mostly, one or two companies came for the placement round that are good companies. Otherwise, the companies came, but these companies are not very good and do not give high packages to students. The average package is 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: I think the college provides good facilities for students, so there are no problems. The Wi-Fi-associated labs are there. Classrooms for my department are very big, with a capacity of 120 students. In the first year, students in one classroom are 60, and in the second year, the class is combined into two divisions. The college has a big library, sports facilities, and a special canteen.
Faculty: Some of the teachers in this college are supporting students and some are not. I met both, thats' why I can say this. Some of the teachers of my department have less experience and some have high experience. The mid sem exam of the college are very simple. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because it is near my brother's hometown, and I am interested in courses that are in demand. The best aspect of the college is its facilities. The college has excellent connectivity options, and events and festivals are celebrated in abundance. Surroundings are also pleasant.

A pretty good college but the locality is not that great. Fights are common.
Placements: They never offered us placements. They promised us for placement but the three years I was studying the campus placement never happened probably because they never tried to organize them. Still, I will not recommend the college if you are serious about your studies.
Infrastructure: It's good but the canteen is closed most of the time. The hostel facility is good but the food is not that great. I'm not a part of the hostel still I have tried the food. I don't recommend it if you have a weak appetite. The campus is huge of course but compared to education it's not worth it.
Faculty: It's decent faculty. Exams are strict of course. Sometimes they don't provide you with the study material you need which makes it hard to pass. They even organize an annual function which is the worst among all colleges we never had fun in that. Many drinkers are near college which makes those functions worse.
Other: We had the best batch of all time. We had a lot of fun.

Placement is not good.
Placements: 1% of students got placed. The highest salary is 7 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiters in our college are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Hexaware, Nagarro, Cognizant, Capgemini, etc. 70% of students are doing internships. Roles offered are field engineer and mechanical engineer.
Infrastructure: Campus has wide Wi-Fi connectivity and internet access. It has 24-hour internet access for students and staff. We have classrooms with multimedia learning Wi-Fi and internet access. We have a separate reference section for faculty members. There is a very big library.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching is also very good. The curriculum is relevant. It makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are a little bit difficult because the board is MSBTE Mumbai with good teaching faculty. The exams are going easily as well. Pass percentage this last year is 60%.

A genuine review of G.S. Mandal's Marathwada Institute of Technology (MIT, Aurangabad).
Placements: In our college, there is a placement percentage of 40%. There are good placements for especially plastic polymer branch students. The highest package is 80 LPA. The average package is 3.5 LPA in our college. Companies that visit our college for placements are TCS, Tata, Gemini, Amazon, Finolex, etc. Many students get internships in TCS, Tata, Finolex, and Capgemini. Roles offered to students are assistant manager, material testing engineer, product designer, production engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities of our college are good. Classrooms are clean and beautiful. The campus of our college is also beautiful. The hostel facility is the worst because here if we take admission to the hostel then the hostel mess is mandatory. The hostel mess is very bad, and they don't provide healthy and good food.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are good enough. Some teachers are very good but some are not that much. The college looks at students' development. The difficulty level of the examination is average. If we score a CGPA of 7.5 or above 7.5 then we can get suggested sometimes in college activities.
Other: I chose a mechanical branch and the profit of this branch is that this branch has scope anytime anywhere. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is a good city for mechanical branch students as well. The college provides a scholarship for students. The fee structure of the college for SC and ST category students is Rs. 8,000, for OBC category students, it is Rs. 24,158. The fee structure of the college for EWS and SEBC category students is Rs. 75,000 and for the open category, it is 1.27 lakhs. All the above fee structure is provided by including scholarship. The campus of the college is beautiful. The college organises various events like Kalavihngam which is the best event of the college and one of the major events of the college.
