Placements: Placements are good, seniors said, if you work hard, then you will definitely get a good job from the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too good, like 13 to 14 acres approximately. And I enjoyed my college life.
Faculty: Saturday and Sunday are off from college. So you can get more time for your self-study. And exams are at a moderate level. If you perform well in the exams, then you will definitely get more marks in AKTU end-term exams. This college is good because its faculty members are very supportive. Many of the events are organised in the college.
Other: This college is good because its faculty members are very supportive. Many of the events are organised in the college. Recently, our college hosted the AKTU state-level sports event.

I am properly satisfied with features of the course and the good faculty members.
Placements: My batch contains around 1,600-1,700 students. I am currently moving to the third year of my course and have completed my two years here. Placements in my college are going well. A maximum of students who apply for placements get placed in different companies. The highest package offered is 21 LPA for three students of the fourth year batch.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is good. Wi-Fi services are also up to the mark. There is no lagging of any sort of internet on the college campus.
Faculty: Faculty members of my college are pretty much experienced in their respective domains. The teaching quality is absolutely great. The course of B.Tech allows students to become industry-ready and to enhance their skills further to get placed easily. Semester exams are not difficult, as most of the questions that come are repeated over the years. So there is not much difficulty in exams. Faculty members are PhD holders from various IITs across the country. Their doubt-solving ability and knowledge about the subject help very much to understand topics clearly.
Other: I chose the B.Tech course because I wanted to develop my skills in various domains of technology and wanted to have a good knowledge of various fields in the IT sector. My course not only enhances my technical skills but also helps to develop other soft skills, including aptitude and communication. Some things, like ending the semester early, can be a problem, so the college management must be aware of this issue and provide us with sufficient time for preparing for the semester exams. My college is known for conducting huge fests across the greater Noida region, and college life is also best here.

I am satisfied with the faculty, the fee structure, and events.
Placements: Placements are decent, but only if we actually work for them. The average starting package ranges from 3-4 LPA. If we work on our skills, we might get a job with a package of 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: Labs are decent and classrooms are quite good. Now, they are making classes fully AC. Some of my friends live in a hostel and they say the hostel is good. Many sports and other activities are held in the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They are supportive and initiative in working to go on industrial visits. They help in various ways. There is less strictness compared to others. There are various courses to apply to this college. We get help in a good way for the future because of the alumni. Faculty members are the main backbone of this college. Faculty members are supportive and it varies from department to department.
Other: I chose the IT branch because it is a core branch other than C and only CS with no specialisation. There should be more classes related to placements. It should increase strictness. Events and fests are too good. We need to work hard on ourselves because the college also conducts many events.

Need to work on the quality of faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: The placement opportunities at the university are generally good, but preference is often given to students from Galgotias University. On my page, I found that about 80% to 85% of the students in the IT Department were able to secure placements during the placement season. Most students who maintain good academic records, possess strong communication skills, and have basic technical knowledge successfully find jobs through on-campus placements.
Infrastructure: The boys' hostel has poor infrastructure, although it has seen improvements in the rooms and washrooms. During my time there, it was quite a mess. Air-conditioned rooms are available, and Wi-Fi is provided. The badminton court located in the middle of the hostel serves as a center of attraction, creating a friendly atmosphere.
Faculty: Only a few teachers have significant experience; many others lack teaching experience and knowledge in their subjects. Teachers are often assigned more than one subject, regardless of their expertise in those areas, which results in gaps in knowledge being filled without proper guidance.
Other: If you want your child to experience college life fully, encourage them to enroll in various clubs, such as the management club or marketing club. Events typically take place every month or two, and there is an annual college fest where well-known celebrities are invited. However, there is much room for improvement. The buildings are aging, and some faculty members do not take their responsibilities seriously. Renovations to the classrooms are needed, as only a few rooms are air-conditioned, and many are in undesirable condition.

Review of Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: In my course, the percentage of who get placements is about 80-90%. In my course, the minimum package offered is 3 LPA. The highest package is 39 LPA in Autodesk. The average package is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, Infosys, Autodesk, Flipkart, Amazon, etc. Some hardworking students around 20-25% get internships in renowned companies like Microsoft, etc. The top roles offered are software engineer, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-maintained and are equipped with air-conditioners. Labs are well-maintained with have all the equipment and machines for performing experiments. The library is big with a lot of books related to the academic curriculum, competition books, journals, magazines, and newspapers. The Wi-Fi facility is also there with good internet speed.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. They are masters or PhD holders from top Institutions like IITs and NITs. They are knowledgeable and supportive. The teaching quality of most of the teachers is good. They make students industry-ready through workshops and industrial visits. The mid-semester exams conducted by the college are of moderate level. About 98% of students pass exams.

Placements: Placement opportunities are impressive with many companies visiting the campus annually. The college boasts a consistent placement record with top recruiters like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Cognizant offering lucrative packages. Infrastructure: The college has world class infrastructure with modern classroom facilities and a comprehensive library. It also has seamless Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the campus and library. The campus is well protected. It is situated near the Knowledge Park 2 metro station. It is very much accessible for all students.

Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology from a student who is currently studying in it.
Placements: Currently, I am in the third year. No internship opportunity is provided to the students. On average (according to seniors who are already placed), about 30-50% of students get placed from the college. The highest package offered in 2024 is 18 LPA, the lowest I think is 2.5 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. Mostly small companies are currently coming to the college, but big companies like Autodesk and Infosys also come. No student gets the internship opportunity until the third year. Mostly, the companies are in web development, and some are in sales.
Infrastructure: I study in the Information Technology branch, and I am currently in the third year. All the teachers I have are amazing and skilled; they have in-depth knowledge about their subjects (some teachers are an exception, as they are here only for money, not for teaching). I can say 7/10 teachers are amazing and have good knowledge and command of their subjects. Wi-Fi is provided in the labs and library, but not in the classes.
Faculty: As a student of the Information Technology branch, I can say all the teachers I have met are amazing and skilled. They have in-depth knowledge about their subjects (some teachers are an exception, as they are here only for money, not for teaching). I can say 7/10 teachers are amazing and have good knowledge and command of their subjects.
Other: Life at Galgotias College is good. The campus is very beautiful, and the environment is also amazing. Here, students have interests in different areas, which makes it a good place for learning and exploring multiple things in college life. Every department has its own clubs, and some clubs work as a whole for the college.

Not a very high-tier college, but yes, a good college. The culture of the college is too good.
Placements: Approximately 90 percent of students are placed but at very low packages. Only a few get high packages. But for good placements, you should improve your own skills and not totally depend on the college. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Jubilant, Amazon, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is so good. Classrooms, labs, and everything on the college campus are good. Sports and games are also good. The canteens are also very good. Medical facilities are also available. Classrooms are digitized, and you never feel any pressure from the college for work.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable in the college. Semester exams are of moderate level. If you study 1 week before the exam, you will get good marks. There is a 75 percent attendance criterion for the exam. If you get 43 percent in the exam, you pass the exam.
Other: I like the environment of the campus. Many extracurricular activities are there.
