It is a lovely college in west Bengal.
Placements: The placement facilities are very good, especially, the mechanical branch has 100% placements. I'm from CST, and I have seen my friends getting placed in good companies. Two of my friends got placed in TCS. So, I can say the placements are very good.
Infrastructure: I really like the college infrastructure. It has a large campus. There are sufficient labs and workshops. A parking lot is also available. The college did not provide any free Wi-Fi facility during my tenure. A small garden is there in front of the main building. A library is available with special guidance.
Faculty: The college offers three main engineering courses. Besides this, CST and BCA are also offered. The teachers are very good. They guide you as a good family member. Their teaching quality is very good. This college is a little bit strict.
Other: The college not only focuses on studies but also conduct cultural programmes and sports. Every year, a college sports event is organised. The most exciting thing is the college festival. After the fest, a grand feast is arranged.

Mainly concentrated on computer science and technology, but other streams are slightly mentioned.
Placements: The placements in computer science are average, but it is okay at diploma level. Most of the jobs offered will be in Kolkata and are on web development on PHP and HTML. The placements are excellent in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and electrical engineering. The placements are around 98% in these branches.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. They provide an individual computer to every student. There are two computer labs for CSE and 1 for AutoCAD(civil). All the labs are fully air-conditioned. There are more than 50 computers in every lab. We have individual workshops for every department.
Faculty: All the faculty members are highly professional and trained in the way of delivering the ideas about the subjects. Enough faculty members are present in each department. None of them takes more than one subject, which is mostly found in other colleges.
Other: The college does not provide any hostel facility, but you can get a number of rooms nearby.

Best diploma college in Haldia.
Placements: I got the placement in the campusing in Okma company, Kolkata. It was not only me who got this opportunity, but my other 6 six classmates also got the chance. Rest of the students went to a company in Bangalore and Delhi. I don't know much about those companies. The company I work for is especially a web development company. I'm working here for last one year.
Infrastructure: Our college is situated in Haldia, West Bengal. This college has a large campus with sufficient workshops and labs, etc. Here other departments are also available like diploma in mechanical, diploma in civil, diploma in electrical, diploma in computer science and BCA also.
Faculty: There are also other departments available, and every department has good and a sufficient number of teachers available. They treated students as their own son. Their teaching quality is much precious. They say everything related to your study, job and also about your communication skills.
Other: We are also very much active in physical activity. Every year, we organise sports and annual fest. The exciting thing is we arrange a grand fest every year.

Hostel of GIST is very clean and the price is very low for stay.
Placements: 1. 70% of students were placed in our course.
2. The highest salary 15,000 and the lowest salary is 10,000. The average salary is 12,000.
3. TATA, Reliance, TVS are the top recruiters.
4. Roles are offered in programming.
5. The highest package 30,000 and the lowest is 20,000.
6. 85% of students got internship in TATA, TVS, MRF, RELIANCE.
Infrastructure: 1. The Wi-Fi facility is available here and many labs are there in the college, also a library for students, campus and canteen are also available here.
2. Hostel of the GIST is very clean and the price is very low for stay. Every room has its own bathroom. Here you can find food in hostel canteen also, many hotels are also available here where students go to eat. Near college 3 medical shops are available. A huge playground also available where students play cricket football or badminton.
Faculty: 1. The teachers are very lovable. The teachers help us in everything. Thy are qualified and try to teach in the best possible way to make us understand the topics.
2. The college makes students ready to go to an industry where they can work easily.
Other: 1. I chose this course because I love the computer, its system and languages.
2. I think the syllabus should be reduced a bit.
3. Many events are held here like annual function, freshers welcome party and many more.

Highly satisfied with the college environment.
Placements: Placement was quite good in my batch and don't know about the senior. 85% student was placed in that year. 20 to 30 k was offered at that time. The stipend they used to give was 5k approximately and yes placement cell is also done by college and it was good who want to pursue.
Infrastructure: Every facility was present in college Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, sports, games etc. Are available in the campus. Quality of classroom and labs were good and food which is available in canteen was really reasonable and hostel was not that good but yes normal to stay.
Faculty: The teachers were really cooperative, helpful, knowledgeable and well qualified. The quality of teaching was good enough to understand. Presentation and practical method was used by the faculty and I did not get any exposure so don't have any further detail about it.
