Comparing the salary data, the highest package for PGDM, PGDM BDA and PGDM BIFS has increased from 2024 to 2025. For PGDM HCM, the highest package has been constant. On the other hand, the average package for PGDM and PGDM HCM has increased from 2024 to 2025. However, a slight drop was noticed in the average package of PGDM BDA and PGDM BIFS. GIM Goa admission process involves registration, selection rounds and admission confirmation. Candidates need to qualify national-level Management entrance exams for selection. Students who apply for withdrawal on or before June 30 of the admission year, receive full refund of the academic fee after deduction of INR 1,000 as processing charge. Students withdrawing from the course after June 30 of the admission year are not eligible for the refund.

No, direct admissions are not available for many courses at GIM Goa. The accepted entrance tests for admission to the UG, PG, and other courses is XAT, CAT, and others. FPM direct admissions are available for students.
