Placements: Top companies which recruit students from our college are medical device companies, consulting and IT for healthcare and pharmaceuticals. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 10.5 LPA. Complete support is provided for summer internships and final placements. Different roles are offered like management trainee, business analyst, healthcare specialist, etc.
Infrastructure: All the facilities, whether it is Wi-Fi, library or classrooms, are equivalent or better compared to other B-Schools. Facilities in the hostels are more than enough. The food served in the cafeteria is also more than enough, which is served 4 times in a day. You will like the food.
Faculty: Both faculty members and curriculum are unique, which makes GIM a top management college for healthcare management. Teachers here are well qualified who teach MS biostat, marketing where you will get all the insights into the healthcare sector, which will be beneficial at the time of hiring as learning in GIM is totally practical.
Other: The healthcare management of GIM is number 1 in India, which made me join GIM. There are more than 20 clubs and societies where you can be a part and perform well.

I am really happy with my choice of pursuing PGDM-HCM at GIM.
Placements: The placements are moderate to good. Even during covid times, the entire batch got placed with good packages, and the details of which are evident in the placement reports published by the college. Good companies do come for recruitment but also depend a lot on the candidate.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are really amazing with good Wi-Fi. The library is a place anyone would visit every day for their academics. It's a 24*7 library facility, so it is very student-friendly overall. You need to have the zest to achieve something better in your career and work accordingly. and the entire GIM community will help you shape your dreams into reality.
Faculty: The HCM curriculum is very well-structured in line with industry needs. Ample avenues for future healthcare managers are provided so as to felicitate a high level of interaction with industry experts. It is always encouraged to learn the latest news and technology in the field.
Other: The campus is bustling every hour of the day, with people determined to make a mark in their respective industries. The diversity becomes very noticeable on campus, and you get to learn so many perspectives from people with such varied backgrounds.

The college is for marketing because of its course structure.
Placements: Most of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA, the average salary package offered is 11 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Genpact, Godrej, Boyce Co LTD, GTL and Hindustan Unilever. Almost 80% of the students got an internship in companies like Reliance, Cognizant, Ernst and Young, Deloitte, Wipro and ITC Limited. Top roles offered in our course are finance analyst, finance-tech, automobile, e-commerce, manufacturing and supply chain.
Infrastructure: GIM has been ranked as one of the top colleges in India. The campus is well-known for its aesthetic intricacies and had been consistently ranked among the most beautiful campuses in India. Campus life at GIM is equipped with energy and joy, and sports and cultural activities are amazing like film making, choir, orchestra, movie, club, theatre, quizzing, the celebration of festivals and learning with fun.
Faculty: Teachers and professors here are very helpful and experienced with quality of knowledge that gives students learning with fun. You can be able to break even the cost of the degree in 3 to 4 years, and it will help you get a high salary job and career growth.

Very good college with all facilities. Only the fees is a little bit high.
Placements: Almost 85 percent placement has been done and yet the process is still going on and many students are also doing internships in various companies on a good valuable package. Average package is around 5 Lacs and some students are preparing for high level exams too.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very modern and the campus has Wi-Fi. The environment of the college is fresh and clean. Hostels rooms are fully air-conditioned and mess food has good quality. Sports and medical staff always present in college. There is a sports coach to train us and the library is awesome with a very unique collection of books.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified and did a lot of research works in their fields so they possess very good knowledge of the subjects and they always motivate us to do practical work more than this theory. The course curriculum is perfectly designed according to our requirements and for the future job scenario.

Wi-Fi support is present on campus for all students, and is extended even to the hostels. Library is accessible 24*7 for students and has a wide range of books, journals and study materials. Gymnasium and swimming pool facilities are available for the students.
Faculty: Course curriculum designed for the Healthcare management programme is unique and encompasses various domains of the healthcare sector. Placements: Placement at Goa Institute of Management for Health Care Management has been 100% from the inception of the course. Average salary offered to the 2016-18 batch was 9.5 Lacs, median being 9 Lacs and the highest salary being 16 Lacs. Total number of companies that participated last year were 40 in number out of which 13 were the first timer to come and recruit from Goa Institute of Management health care management programme.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure at Goa institute of management is best in class for any learning environment that there could be. GIM provide students with best in class library which is accessible to students 24*7, finance lab, data mining lab and many other things. Except the learning infrastructure college provides infrastructure for all the sports including lawn tennis, badminton, cricket, football, swimming pool etc. And well-equipped rooms with all basic amenities in it.
Faculty: Teachers at GIM are all stalwart of their respective fields be it public health or any core managerial course. The placement committee of our college works hard to get the best and most suited companies that offer a perfect job fit for the passionate healthcare management students, across pharma, medical devices, healthcare IT, hospitals, business consulting, etc. Summer internships are offered to students, and they have a high chance of converting it to a PPO (pre-placement offer) as well.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-equipped with the latest technology. In terms of books, the college now has a tie-up with Amazon Kindle, and everyone is given a Kindle device to access their books. Hostel life is amazing, and all our needs are met with a continuance store on campus. Freshly prepared food and juices are available till the wee hours of the morning. GIM also has a variety of student-run clubs and it's very own college band and choir that encourages its students to go beyond their comfort zone and try new things.

Absolutely satisfied with the course specially the professors and other facilities provided.
Placements: The placement for healthcare management is one of the attractive point for the students that register to join GIM. The institute has a very busy schedule when it comes to academics but it is all for helping us to cope up with the corporate life in future. If you refer the website it will show you that last year there was 100 percent placements for the students of the healthcare management. The placement team makes sure that everyone individual is placed, the final placement offers vary from 7 Lacs to 18 Lacs. Big companies such as J&J are recruiting the students. The pharmaceutical industries that recruit students for the role of marketing and when we consider some hospitals the role could be that of an operational management.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is amazing, from hostels to the lib. Lib contains all sort of books not only restricted to management books. The campus is located on the hill top so one gets the feeling of peace. The campus is surrounded by nature and it has all sort of sport activities. The campus has a well developed gym, swimming pool, long tennis court, football court and also a basketball court. The food at Goa institute of management is healthy and has a diversity.
Faculty: The teachers here are very helpful and are excellent with their knowledge about their subject. Everyone are motivating individuals who help any students when in doubt. Yes, your distance degree will be accepted if it is done from a UGC and DDE recognized University. Hence GIM will accept your distance degree for PGDM HCM program.

PIease process for healthcare management is not much different from the PGDM or any other MBA program.
My recommendation for you would be to come prepared with the basics for your undergrad subjects, this is the least you can do.
