Students can join this college if they want a government tag at a low percentile in the CET exam.
Placements: GCOER training and placement cell actively secures opportunities, focusing on students' skill enhancement through industry expert training for better employability in the global market, and it is also guiding students for higher education. The institute, established in 2009, has seen modest but growing placement records. Automobile and mechanical engineering departments are NBA-accredited. For the 2024-25 period (as of May 2025), the average package offered is 3.8.3 LPA, and the maximum package offered is 7.5 LPA, attracting companies like Adani and Ambuja Cement, alongside diverse recruiters in a student-driven, transparent process that emphasizes consultation and follows HR guidelines for successful placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and excellent. It is spread over 50 acres with distinct academic, administrative, and residential zones, featuring well-equipped labs (including specialised ones for student teams like Baja), workshops with advanced machinery (CNC, welding), eco-friendly classrooms, a library, sports facilities, and complemented by Wi-Fi. It also has a hostel, mess, ATM, growing entrepreneurship (EDSUC), research centers, aiming for autonomy and digital integration despite some holder curriculum aspects, providing a robust environment for engineering students with ongoing development towards modern tech.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and experienced. GCOEARA's faculty comprises experienced and qualified educators across various engineering disciplines. Many of them are PhD holders and M.Tech and ME qualified. They are actively engaged in research, academic coordination (like NBA), student guidance (counseling, spoken tutorials), and contributing to institutional development through committees, alongside fostering extracurricular activities, like robotics (team Abhedya) and innovation. They are dedicated to providing quality education, focusing on practical skills and academic growth, with supportive faculty members for mentoring students and ensuring a strong learning environment.

All about government college Pune .
Placements: 50-60 percent of students get placed. For ENTC and Instrumentation, placement is more compared to other branches. EMERSON, BEL, ADANI, and TATA-like companies offer placements. Last year, for ENTC 11 LPA was the highest package given by BEL COMPANY. Students take internships from ARAI, Microsoft, and TCS-like companies.
Infrastructure: The college campus is very big. Also, infrastructure is good. Hostel is affordable, but food quality is poor. Hostel fee is 1150 per year. For girls, the hostel is good and safe. Each department has a Wi-Fi connection. Classrooms are good, but they don't have smart boards.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are IIT graduates and Ph.D. holders. Mainly, our ENTC faculty members are very supportive compared to other branches. As our college is under SPPU, the university course curriculum is somehow outdated. There are a total 8 semesters; each semester has two exams, Insem and Endsem.
Other: I chose this course because my interest is in electronics. Also, this college has a lower fee structure. The campus surrounding it is good. Also, every year, a college fest is conducted.

Good college highly qualified staff.
Placements: In the course of electronics and telecommunication engineering in my college, 50% to 55% of students are placed. The highest salary package in this college is 7 Lacs, with an average package of 4 Lacs, and a minimum salary package of 3 Lacs. Companies such as TCS and TATA MOTORS visit the campus for placements.
Infrastructure: The faculty members are indeed excellent, and the library houses numerous useful books. Both physical and technological systems support the library programs and services. The infrastructure can motivate students and boost their confidence.
Faculty: Good teachers possess skills in communication, listening, and collaboration. Semester exam pass percentages depend on students, and in this college, the pass rate ranges from 75% to 80%

Dissatisfied because of placement of the college. It has good infrastructure, facilities etc.
Placements: In our branch, 10–20% of students were placed in packages ranging from 1-6 lac. The highest package is 6 lacs. Recruiting companies are TCS, Adani, Infosys, etc. There are 20–30% of students who get internships, but I am not sure which companies offer them.
Infrastructure: The college and hostel are well maintained. The infrastructure is also good. All things, like washrooms, rooms and hostel rooms are clean. Good facilities were present. There was a Wi-Fi system for some departments. It has a good classroom and library but in the lab, some instruments are not working properly.
Faculty: The faculty of the college was very supportive and encouraging. The course syllabus was given SPPU, so there are drawbacks, but well and good. The exam was strictly conducted according to the rules provided by SPPU. The difficulty was that 70–80% of the exam staff were very strict about the exam.

It has good infrastructure and facilities at a low cost.
Placements: The average salary package offered ranges between 3-5 LPA. It is one of the best colleges of engineering in Maharashtra which offer to complete engineering course to study with the lowest fees. The college does not provide special on-campus placements.
Infrastructure: The best infrastructure and facilities are available all in college and hostel. The college provides two hostels for both girls and boys separately. Quality of food served in the mess is good. There is a separate canteen. All facilities like Wi-Fi, classrooms, library, sports and games, etc., are available for the students.
Faculty: In our college, there are different clubs for learning other than the syllabus, which helps to learn new things and show their skills which helpful for industry and other activities. Education environment available in college helps students to concentrate on studies.
Other: The college is outside the city. Different events are organised in our college, which offers the students shows their skills.

The Government college of and research g.
Placements: On campus placement in our college is pretty less. Student should do by himself a little bit placement by on campus specially for core field the highest package is around 12 LPA. Most of the students got package between 2.4 to 11 LPA and the avarag package is around 3-4 LPA.
Infrastructure: College offers a huge campus with greenary, have huge central library with study room, Wi-Fi facility is available classrooms are not much better. Faculty members are amezing. Various sports like cricket kabbadi khokho etc. Are played. Hostel facilities are also available for both boys and girls.
Faculty: The teachers in our are college highly educated teachers most of them are Ph.D. holders and experienced teachers. The course curriculum for 1year is irrelevant but further it is best. And students will ready for industry (vary from student to student) Difficult for semester again vary from person to person for me it was easy .

Placements: Well on behalf of my acknowlegement 75% students are placed in campus and remaining are out of campus the highest package of this year is of 8.8lakhs per year and average package is of 4.5 lakhs per year which is quite less but can't do anything in that
Infrastructure: Well the facilities are good almost faculty are PDH holders and some are having mastered but teching as well as college provides you experienced faculty And of hostel college has its own hostel for boys and girls also is really good in maintanace and very affordble
Faculty: Well the college comes under very respectfull University that is savitri bai phule pune university so the thoughness mighit be possible and the 1year divided into 2sem and the sem exams are in 2steps 1st is insem which is of 30marks and having no criteria for passing but for end sem28marks required and overall passing is of 40marks out of100
Other: Well electronices and telecomunication is now growing field because of that choose it and the college is also providing as possible as they can Well the college is for those student who wants goverment college degree having under SPPU and low fees for college and hostel and wants to live outside of our home

Absolutely good if you get admission.
Placements: Placement is really increasing day by day. A few years ago it was not much good but now it is really increasing. And for this year, it has created history and increased by a great percentage. The highest package was Rs 10 Lacs per annum for this year, which is absolutely good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities provided by the college are really good. The college has a big library.
Faculty: Sorry but this section is not really good. As teachers provide necessary information to us. And also they are supportive.
