A short quick review of Mit Wpu, Kothrud. A college that might be on your checklist.
Placements: 70- 80% of students were placed according to our faculty. The students who were hardworking and sincere got a 12-17 LPA package. Mass recruitment companies are the major ones who took most of the students. The college doesn't disclose much about placement that's all I know.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure from the outside and average from the inside. The new CS building has good infrastructure from the outside and inside though. PG facilities are available around the college. I have heard that the college hostel is good for the people who live there.
Faculty: You can't expect much from the faculty on the spectrum of best to worst you'll find every kind of teacher here. Be good with them they might be good with you. Semester exams are easy at least for me. The course curriculum to an extent seems irrelevant in some particular subjects but that's the case with every college.
Other: You can't expect much if you are taking admission here. The crowd might be good/bad according to you.

Best college in everything you're looking for.
Placements: As the college is big, its placement is also big. You only need to focus on your studies during the placement period, and you can get placed. Nearly half of the students got placement during the placement season. Big companies like Microsoft, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, etc., came for placements. The highest package a student received was 10 LPA. The roles offered are frontend developer and backend developer.
Infrastructure: The college has the best infrastructure compared to other Indian colleges. Students have full access to Wi-Fi throughout the campus. The labs are very big and clean, equipped with advanced technology. The college has a large library with a vast stock of books. The sports and games facilities at the college are superb, with all the games available.
Faculty: The teachers of the college are highly educated and highly qualified. The teaching style of the teachers is most liked by the students. The course curriculum is really relevant, making students industry-ready. The syllabus and practical sessions of the college are helping students become industry-ready. The semester exams are a little bit harder and require more study.
Other: I chose this course because I like it. The best thing about the course is the college. There is no need to improve anything in the college, everything is good. The college celebrates all the fests with a large crowd. The college has the best connectivity. The campus crowd is manageable, not too large and not too small.

Good infrastructure, average placement and high fees.
Placements: I was placed at Infosys with a package of 7.5 lacs. The highest package was 50 lacs. TCS also recruited students from my college. About 60% of the students got internships, and some students even got a chance to study abroad for a few days.
Infrastructure: There were no sports facilities on campus and no wifi for students. The campus has a very big ground, but it is only used for events. The campus has many trees and is not that big, but it is ok. There is an interdepartmental sports competition each year, and there is an esports club too.
Faculty: The teachers are good and they make sure that the students are industry ready. The semester exams are not that difficult, and the lab and tutorials are also not that difficult. If we attend all the lectures, the teachers will give us full marks. There is an 80% attendance criterion for the exams.
Other: I chose this college because I had an interest in coding. The college offers a variety of events throughout the year, which helps keep things interesting.

Good infrastructure with decent placements and good clubs.
Placements: I am part of the B.Tech CSE batch of 2024-28. Around 80% of students got placed. The average package is around 4.5 LPA. The highest salary is 10 LPA, while the lowest salary is around 3 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, and Wipro. Around 60% of students secured internships, mostly in IT firms and startups. Common roles offered are software developer, data analyst, and system engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the CSE department at MIT-WPU is good. It has Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, well-equipped labs, a digital library, and clean classrooms. The campus is modern and well-maintained. Hostel facilities are decent, with clean rooms and basic amenities. The mess food is average. But the canteen offers better variety. Medical facilities are available on campus with a clinic and emergency support. Sports facilities include grounds for football, basketball, and indoor games, along with regular sports events and tournaments.
Faculty: Faculty members, curriculum, and exams at MIT-WPU rating is 3/5. Some teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. But teaching quality varies a lot. The curriculum is somewhat relevant but could be more aligned with current industry needs. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, neither too tough nor too easy. Most students pass if they study regularly. The pass percentage is fairly high.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in tech and good placement scope. The best part is decent curriculum and placement opportunities. It needs improvement like more practical exposure and better teaching. Our campus has good crowd, fun fests, decent connectivity, active clubs, and scholarships available.

It's all about how much efforts you take. But the issue can be attendance as it's 80% compulsory.
Placements: The average package is 6-7 lacs, but the best package is 50 lacs. To get the best package, you need to be recommended by a university professor and the recruitment team. However, the guy who got the best package said he got it through an off-campus placement.
Infrastructure: The management of the college and hostels is really bad. The only thing people like about this college is the beauty of the campus. It is indeed beautiful, and there is a nice café called Encave with three branches throughout the college, one main canteen, and one in the computer science building.
Faculty: The teachers are nice and provide study material, but don't expect too much from them. We are in college, so our saviour is going to be YouTube videos and friends who send us past questions at the last minute. We will get used to it and will eventually do well.
Other: The college crowd and campus are very aesthetically pleasing. You can probably guess that the students are GenZ, and you'll have to experience their traits. But you'll also find your own good people of your choice and liking. In the end, it's all luck and destiny.
