Review of Government College of Technology (GCT).

Placements: Placements at our college are quite low compared to the pre-pandemic years, and also the core companies are not showing much interest. 65% of students get placed. The highest package offered is 19 LPA by Texas Instruments, and the minimum package is 3 LPA. Internships are provided by the government and are also paid. In government, only 20% of students are selected. VLSI is the top role offered in our course.

Satisfied because of the good placement in 2025 and the low fee.

Placements: In the year 2024 batch, about 75% of students were placed in core and IT companies in the electronics and instrumentation engineering department. In the year 2025 batch, about 80% of students were placed in core and IT companies in the electronics and instrumentation Engineering department. The highest package is 32 LPA. The average package is 10 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA.

Good placements with the highest salary package. I'm satisfied with my college and campus life.

Placements: The placement percentage varies from year to year. And it will be above 60 percent. The highest package is about 13.5 LPA and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Sobha Construction Dubai, TAFe, Hyundai, etc. 100 percent of students are getting internships from the course and in companies like TVS training and services, Chennai. Quality engineer, sales. Etc. are the roles offered in companies.

The best part of my life. It has given me more friends and knowledge and how to survive in society.

Placements: In IT, 100% of students were placed. TCS and Cognizant selected more students. Package will vary based on role, up to 4-7 LPA. Analysts, developers, and testers are they selected. In internships, fewer students are only interested. Zifo is the main company for biotechnology students.

Placements: The placement rate for our course is 78 percent with the highest package for a VLSI major being 40 LPA and the average package being 8 LPA. The top recruiters are Deloitte, Charter Global, and others. Almost 80-90% of students get placed, and 40-50% get internships at various companies.

The highest package offered in our course is 4 Lakhs per annum. The lowest package offered in our course is 2.5 Lakhs per annum. The average package is 3 Lacs per annum. L&T, Shoba construction, Aarbee structures, TCS are our top recruiters. All the students got internship on their own efforts.
