It is a good college for engineering.
Placements: The highest salary package offered in college is 14 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 8 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 3-5 LPA. Top companies recruit students from courses like computer engineering, information technology engineering, and mechanical engineering. A top role is offered in the computer engineering course.
Infrastructure: In GEC Bhavnagar infrastructure is good and all buildings are the same. In all the buildings, Wi-Fi is available, but the network is bad. Classrooms are good. The library is big and peaceful with many chairs, tables, newspapers, boards, and a book table. The hostel room is good but some rooms are not working. Fans are not working, but some are working. Hostel cleaning is good.
Faculty: Teachers in the GEC Bhavnagar are well-experienced. Teachers come from Bangalore to teach in GEC Bhavnagar. All teachers always help the students when they face any difficulty. Teachers conduct the exam based on GTU. The mid-semester exam is either for 30 marks or 20 marks. Viva and assignment submission is of 10 marks, and it is mostly used by all the teachers.

My College Life
College sucks
Placements: Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Full Stack developer, Business analytics, Jobs on basis of DSA, Web Development, App Developer, Companies Like Tatwa Soft, And so on are the roles offered. 100% placement are there as dozens of companies come until every student is placed.
Infrastructure: Hostel is 10/30. Hostel food facilities are stopped since last one and half year due to tender is not being passed even after so many complains. We don't have beds to sleep, We sleep on mattress by spreading on ground. Hoping things will get good soon.
Faculty: Teachers are genuinely good and supportive. They guide us whenever we need. I don't think course curriculum is relevant 100%. It's on us if we want to get industry ready, we have to develop skills by our own. Exams are not that difficult. As per my experience, we can clear exams even if we study 2-3 days before exam.

It is the best government college in Bhavnagar.
Placements: More than 800 students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, the lowest is 4.5 LPA, and the average is 8 LPA. Many students are placed in reputed companies with good salary packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. It provides the best Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a library, and hostels for boys and girls. A canteen is available.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and responsive, particularly in our course. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are supportive. The course curriculum is decided by Gujarat Technological University. It makes us ready for jobs.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in computer science. Many events are organised.

Our college has good placements and almost 98% of students get placed.
Placements: In our college, almost 98% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Our course requires IT companies. Those students got placed, and all students got internships at their companies. Each company has its predefined policy that requires a 6-month internship period. Top roles offered are web development, front-end or back-end web developer, UI/UX design, and application development.
Infrastructure: There are no facilities for Wi-Fi or classrooms. There are 3 chairs, 3 tables, and 3 cots per room. The quality of hostel facilities in our hostel is below average because there are no facilities for the mess, canteen or medical facilities. For sports and games, some sports instruments are available in the hostel.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. We have a 2-hour lab session in which we have to perform the programming that the teacher has taught in class. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are different from university exams. The paper style is the same, but the checking process is different.

Placements: About 100% of students who are interested in placement activities get placed. Infrastructure: Our college has a good amount of books available in the library. There is an excellent lab room with many computers and air-conditioners.

The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams include both easy and challenging papers with moderate papers too. To pass, one has to get 5 SPI.

Placements: Around 90% of students are placed. The minimum salary package offered is 3 LPA. The maximum salary package offered is 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Tata Soft, Cybercorm, Scale Point, and many more. Almost 80% of students get internships in top companies. They offer analysts to senior development engineers.
Infrastructure: In this college, classrooms are good with a minimum distance that does not distract others. They are technologically advanced in every aspect such as high-speed internet. The hostel facilities are not good.
Faculty: In this college, most of the teachers have passed the civil service exam. They know very well what they are doing, and they also respond to students anytime. Exam difficulty is good, most students find them challenging but eventually it is helpful to improve students' knowledge.
Other: The main reason for choosing this course is the hype. I have learned several coding skills and soft skills from this course.

Placements: At least 80 percent of students are placed every year in the computer engineering branch. The average salary package is 3.2 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies are Tatvasoft, TCS, and many more. Almost 85 percent of students enroll in internships program. Recently one student from computer engineering name Ishita Keshvani got 15 Lacs rupees from one of the companies in Hyderabad.
Infrastructure: We have a huge library where all subject books are available. Also, we have volleyball and a badminton court. We also have a huge campus along with huge parking. Also, many trees have been planted on our huge campus. We also have seperate rooms for different activities.
Faculty: The faculty members here are well trained and well experienced with almost more than 8 years of experience each. Almost every faculty are GPSC passed out. All faculty members are helpful and always there for us. The semester exams are almost in the middle range and the passing percentage is about 90 percent.
