Good and evergreen campus.
Placements: More than 60% of students got placed. The highest package is 10 LPA, for high-level and middle-level companies. 99% of students got internships, and this internship gives students the opportunity to join and learn how to select companies, etc.
Infrastructure: Good facilities. Our college has a good Wi-Fi connection, with different good labs. Classrooms are clean. There are more books in the library. The hostel is good with some facilities. Weekly serves non-vegetarian food as a dinner and in the evening gives snacks, tea, etc. Hostel rooms are very good.
Faculty: The faculty members are very good and give us more knowledge. The faculty members have a lot of knowledge, they always share good knowledge with all students, which helps students more. Semester exams are difficult, but faculty members' teaching is good, which is very useful.
Other: I chose CSE in BE, it's very good because nowadays it is very trending. Good college with events, games, and cultural activities.

About the college review.
Placements: In our college, Government Engineering College Challakere in Chitradurga, our college was established in the year 2021, and we have just one outgoing batch, with a total of 10 to 15 students who have received placement from the branch AIML, and AU got placement of a minimum 7 LPA.
Infrastructure: We have good infrastructure in our college, a full campus, and greenery surrounding us. We have a well-maintained lab, library, and classrooms. The college has a hostel facility and good food facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified and very supportive. Exams are very strict in your college, and our college course is well mentioned compared to other government colleges in Karnataka.
Other: In our college, we have automobile engineering, computer science and engineering, and also AIML, and the college conducts a freshers party, annual day, and annual sports day every year.

About the college review.
Placements: We have only three branches i.e., CSE, AIML, and AU branches. College was established in the year 2021. Only 1 batch is gone, about 10 to 15 students got placement this year in AIML and AU branch. The highest package is about 7 LPA in AIML course, and some are in automobile industry.
Infrastructure: College is located 3 KM away from city. The college has bthe est infrastructure and greenery area. It has the best classroom, library, computer lab, caed lab, and all other labs. College has Wi-Fi facility. Hostel facilities are available. Annual sports meet is held every year. Canteen is available on college campus.
Faculty: College has well-qualified and trained teachers. Some teachers are very supportive, and teaching quality is good. The exam paper will come from VTU university. But exam is conducted in college very strictly. The passing marks are 36 out of 100 in external and 20 out of 50 in internal.
Other: I have chosen CSE branch in this college. In college, there will be a freshers' party, cultural fest, and annual day. But college strength is about 700 students.

A good college and a very good course.
Placements: About 60–70% of the students will be placed. I heard, but I cannot be exact; my batch is the first batch of our college, so I have no idea, but from some sources I heard that at minimum we get at least INR 3 lacs in packages and max up to INR 9 lacs from top recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Contrivier, etc. Almost 100% of students got internships in construction.
Infrastructure: In college, there is a good and large computer lab with every facility. The library is also there. Physics labs, Chemistry labs, AutoCAD labs, internet labs, mechanical-based labs, and many more are available.
Hostels have good facilities. Electricity, water facilities, playground games—everything is available. The food quality in the mess is good, and medical facilities are good, but canteens are not available, but in the future we can expect them.
Faculty: Yes, teachers and lecturers are very helpful, and all are highly qualified. The exam question paper is from VTU, and the passing percentage is 50–60% in the 3rd semester. Semester exams are not at all difficult; anyone can easily pass them. This course doesn't make the students industry-ready; they have to learn more knowledge from other sources as well.
Other: I chose this course because the future will be ruled by AI, which will have good scope in the future when our college celebrates cultural fests, ethnic days, etc.

Good infrastructure and environment, moderately satisfied with faculty members.
Placements: The 2025 batch is the first batch for GEC Challakere. We were around 60 students, among 60, around 10 students got selected in the campus interview. The highest package was 10 LPA, and the lowest was 5 LPA. The top recruiters were from a non-IT department. Most of our students were selected for free internships at companies like Q-Spiders, Tap Academy, X-Work, Kodnest, and Global Quest. The roles for the internship were Python developer, Java software developer, and tester.
Infrastructure: There is a nature-friendly environment, with a good number of classrooms. Wi-Fi is not provided for the students. Hostel food is average. Good improvements are seen in sports. A new canteen is introduced, which might improve. Labs are good with the required facilities.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are knowledgeable, and a few are not that good. The college could have better students. Industry-ready is not up to the expectations. Clearing semesters is not that difficult. The pass percentage is nevertheless 65% for the first batch.
Other: As AIML is a booming technology, I chose to opt for this course. But we never had hands-on experience or industry-level training for this course. They could improve on VTU syllabus for the 21st batch. Events are very less when compared to other colleges, extracurricular activities were rare, but these are getting improved by clubs made by students.

Finally the college was better option to choose
Placements: In our college the placement is there but while is studying the placement is not there so prefer to go out side for the placements and for job opportunities for our juniors the placements is there but the college was too good for the education part .
Infrastructure: The college campus was to good and clean the campus as too large with garder infront of college the new classes and new hostel attract the new admissions and food was good in hostel and the rooms was seperate for both girls and boys and bed was good
Faculty: Faculty and teaching was better in college the college starts at 9am and ends at 4am and timings was too large and curriculums and exams was good monthly internals was happening and exams was running strictly and the exams was running under vtu university
