GECW is safe and beautiful.

Placements: The college has established a new placement cell. We have improved the job opportunities for students. More seniors are placed in this college with good salary packages. We can do major projects from the college that help to get placements. The placement rate has increased in the last year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. We have three blocks and one block is building. We have a large playing ground, shuttle court, basketball, table tennis, and gym with more instruments like treadmill, dumbbells, etc. We have a college canteen, open stage. We have one men's hostel and two ladies' hostels. The mess food is very good. They provide vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.

Faculty: Our faculty members are educated. They are Ph.D. holders. They are kind. They help to study in a good atmosphere. They are well-experienced. They give notes and reference books. The college followed the curriculum prescribed by APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.

Review of Government Engineering College, Mananthavady.

Placements: Most of the students are placed in our college. The highest package is 6.5 lakh, and the lowest is 3.5 lakh. Wipro, Google, Microsoft, and many more are top-rated companies. About 60% of students get internships with these companies. The top roles of our course are electronic engineer, robotics engineer, etc.

Infrastructure: In the government engineering college Wayanad, there are lots of facilities that are provided for the study of students, such as computer labs, electrical labs, electronic labs, physics labs, etc. In the hostel, the taste of food is good and the study atmosphere is provided.

Faculty: The teaching is amazing in our college because our teachers use examples to clarify any doubts and use mind maps, projector facilities, etc. In B.Teach they provide an academic callender in which the holidays exam days and class days are mentioned.

We have a beautiful campus.

Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata, Spider, Axis Bank, etc. Almost 80% of students got internships in the 1st sem. Python is the best course offered in my course.

Infrastructure: The college has fast Wi-Fi. The hostel facilities are good. We have five days of non-veg food. We have two grounds one for basketball, football, kabaddi, and kho kho. The atmosphere around the hostel is very nice and beautiful.

Faculty: Our teachers are good. They are helpful and highly qualified. They are friendly and kind. They have studied for Ph.D. from highly reputed institutions. Exams are moderate. Exams depend on the university. The college is under KTU University.

Other: I chose this course because I love electrical very much. This course has bad subjects. I didn't like that assemble drawing python mechanics.

A good college with a lot to give you.

Placements: The placements in this college are quite good. Many students get good placements. The placement cell is newly rebuilt and it is fully equipped with good and effective facilities. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Schneider electric, etc. The highest package is 12 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Most of the placements are IT companies.

Infrastructure: The college comes with good or extraordinary infrastructure, with space and many buildings to support the needs of every department needs. The library is very spacious and is equipped with computers and Wi-Fi systems. The hostel is far beyond expectations and very good. Students get into the hostel through hostel allotment.

Faculty: Our teachers are very efficient and effective with very good knowledge about what you they are teaching. They help to maximize our results. The curriculum is new for us it's the new scheme of 2024 and so far it's good, these are more job-oriented curricula.

Other: The college is good with many events and life, but as it is in Wayanad. There are some problems due to animals in some months, and we should get into the college hostel by 9:30 for boys and girls.

It has its own benefits but also cons.

Placements: Good placements. Good companies. Almost half of the students got placed. 40% of students got placed in great accompanies and got a nice offer. Some of the students got two offers from multiple companies. Overall, students who deserve will get placement.

Infrastructure: Our college has good Wi-Fi, labs, and good classrooms. Every department has its own library and a common library which is accessible to every student. I am telling you with my experience it's great. The college hostel deserves respect. It is well-maintained and controlled by students.

Faculty: APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University comes above almost all engineering colleges in Kerala. Our teachers are well-qualified. They are helpful to every student. The curriculum is updated this year. Semester exams are good.

Other: There are many programs happening every year including cultural and teach fest.

I am satisfied with the college it has improved after covid-19.

Placements: Above 75% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Ola, Kelton, and Wipro. 10% of students got internships at some of the best companies like CCS Technologies. Students got placed as general manager in Ola with a salary package of 15 LPA. Best roles offered in our course.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available including Wi-Fi, labs, a library, a study room, a mess and canteen. The canteen is affordable with the price of Rs. 3,000 per month. The college has a sports and arts fest which takes plays on our college grounds. We have a well-occupied gymnasium.

Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable. They are helpful during your course. Labs are shaping students into industry-ready. The pass percentage is 90% but exams are the most difficult. They provide all materials including notes and a good atmosphere is available for students.

Other: The course is just simple but powerful we have our opportunity to decide work in the electrical or electronics field. The campus is beautiful and events occur every week.

I am absolutely satisfied because of the good facilities and good faculty members.

Placements: Around 50% and above of students are placed in our college, with around 30% to 40% placed in my course. Many top companies, including Tata Groups, visit here. The placement packages are around 6 LPA. Many roles are offered in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering course, such as in the software, electronics, and mechanical fields.

Infrastructure: Our college has a huge library containing thousands of books, including textbooks, comics, and novels in different languages such as Tamil, Malayalam, English, and Hindi. It also has daily newspapers and magazines like Vanitha, along with other books. I live in an outside hostel with decent food.

Faculty: Our teachers are top-quality educators with various degrees, including doctorates. They provide excellent classes. In my engineering scheme, the curriculum of this course is excellent and very useful for starting in different fields. The pass percentage is always 50% or above.

Don't listen to old reviews. The college has improved a lot in the last few years.

Placements: The placement is a little low, with only 10 people getting placed per batch. But, it is increasing year by year. Companies like TCS and other IT companies provide the main placement opportunities. The salary range is offered from 3.5 LPA to 7-8 LPA, with some people even getting placed at 10 LPA. It also depends on your skill level.

Infrastructure: The college is pretty good and has nice classrooms. Labs are well-equipped with all the necessary equipment needed for our course. It is not too extravagant, but it has all the necessities. The hostel is also pretty good, with very nice facilities like Wi-Fi and water heaters. The payment per month is very low compared to PGs and private hostels.

Faculty: The teaching is pretty average because the college is not the best. But for the rank you are getting into the college, faculty members are pretty good. They start from the basics because we don't know much. Facilities and lab staff are also pretty helpful.

Other: There are some good clubs in this college. G Bot is a club I participate in pretty good club to understand the basics of robotics. Then, there is Web3 Enclave, which specializes in Web3. Overall, the campus has a good atmosphere, and the students are nice too. The nature is great here, and the views are pretty nice. I uploaded a picture from my hostel room during the day, and it's pretty good. I like the place, it's very nice.
