A brief introduction about GMC, Surat.

Faculty: All the departments in the first year of MBBS are good. But, as we all know, MBBS is a very tough course, so you have to do a lot of self-studying as well. The exam can feel a bit difficult, and also, as it's a professional course, you have to score at least 50%.

The college has a good infrastructure.

Faculty: Faculty members are very experienced and have pretty good knowledge about the course. Most of them are from the same college itself. The course curriculum is updated from time to time. Exams are conducted from time to time with many class tests to prepare us for the university exams.

Best college in Gujarat - GMC, Surat.

Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified. The teaching quality was so brilliant. Our course was based on CBME curriculum which was so relevant. There were very difficult semester exams, and pass criteria in our college was 50%.

A great choice for MBBS in terms of fees, city, and infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers are great and subtly qualified (except biochemistry department). Usually, PPT is used for teaching but other modes like SDL (Self Directed Learning) and practical are also conducted every week. Course curriculum is relevant and kept the same through frequent updates by NMC. Exams include 2 internals, 1 prelim, and a university exam. Difficult is average and nice marks can be scored by reading the Supras (important points) by the seniors. 50% is the passing percentage.

Campus life at GMCS is worth all the struggle in NEET.

Faculty: Our course curriculum is divided into four and a half years and one year of internship. 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year comprises of 2 parts, i.e., 3rd 1st and 3rd 2nd final year. There are a total of 19 subjects in MBBS with 11 subjects in the final year. The course curriculum is very stressful and requires hard work and dedication to complete. Faculty members of respective subjects are post-graduates in their respective fields and have great experiences in their own fields. Exams are very diff...

Review of Government Medical College, Surat.

Faculty: In the medical field, students are not spoon-fed. But still, I can proudly say that the faculty members of this college are supportive. We have a good number of faculty members including residents. All the faculty members of different departments have separate offices. Even students are grouped into 25 each per mentor. MBBS is of 5.5 years which includes 4.5 years of studying and 1 year of internship in all different fields. College organise exams like 2 internals then 1 preliminary and at last ...

Best college for getting good patients exposure, infrastructure is best, learning is good.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified professors who provide clinical knowledge. There are 250 students in each class, which creates a competitive environment. There are two internal exams, one prelim, and a final exam. Since this is an MBBS program, it is somewhat difficult, and we must score more than 50% to pass.

An honest review about my college.

Faculty: The faculty are very well qualified in their field and are always ready to help the students. All the faculty have done MBBS and MD. They also take extra classes for students separately who need it. The professor for 1st year are very cooperative. The duration of each year of the course is as follows: 1st year is 12 months, 2nd year is 14 months, 3rd year is 9 months, and final year is 16 months. Clinical posting starts from the 2nd year onwards. In the 1st year, you will go for a family adoptio...

Affordable fees, good infracture and faculty and 100% internship, old college having all facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified MD doctors with years of experience and are very helpful and supportive in any condition. There are 3 internal exams and 1 final university exam held every year, which are neither too easy nor too hard. If you study regularly, you will pass, as MBBS needs hard work. All students will pass in the 1st and 2nd years; the university will not fail them, but from the 3rd year onward, studying is a must.

Faculty: The professors are highly qualified with every professor having MD degree. They are very cooperative and ready to help anytime we need. They teach through powerpoint presentations in the class. Regular demo and practical classes are held. There are total of four exams held in 1 year.

Good campus, best teaching faculty, and good results.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and also very helpful. They help students at any time when guidance is required. The semester exam was of moderate level and the final exam was taken by the university. Almost 90% of students pass exams. Our course is based on the CBME curriculum.

Dissatisfied with College authorities and faculty. Good campus and college infrastructure.

Faculty: Absolutely one of the worst departments of Gujarat. No support for All India Quota students. Students out of Gujarat are discriminated significantly by the tutors and professors. No medical leaves are provided to students though it's a medical college. Exams are held almost every month. No holidays provided by dean.
