Placements: About 100 percent of students got placed in mechanical engineering. 95 percent of students got placed in college last year. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, J&W Steel, and many more. All students get internships in different companies and seek a good amount of training and knowledge in the field.
Infrastructure: We have different labs such as computer lab, chemistry lab, workshop for mechanical engineering, physics lab, and many more. Hostels in our college provide good service of water and electricity.
Faculty: Teachers are best at their jobs. They provide a wide range of flexible options in terms of their knowledge. They are experts in terms of course completion. Our semester exams are not that difficult due to the teachers and professors teaching us and making us experts in the respective subjects. Faculty members are good, well-qualified, and experts in their field.
Other: We have farewell and fests from time to time. We also celebrate different festivals and occasions at our college and hostels.

It is a good campus with cooperative teachers, low-cost education, etc.
Placements: Many companies like Tata, Jindal Steel, AMNT, Usha martin, Super Smelters, Mando Automobiles, L&T came for placements. About 20-30% of students got placed. The main focus of these companies was on mechanical, civil, electrical, and metallurgy branches. The companies provide all facilities like hostel, mess and give you a package of approximately. 3-3.5 LPA after the completion of 1 year of training/ internship.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure like labs, workshop, smart board, and air-conditioners are available but doesn't work because of lack of maintenance. Hostel, canteen is provided by the college at a minimum cost and the hostels are very clean and well-organised. Library is available and everyone is free to take books from there. The most common and popular author's books are available. No facilities like medical, sports, games, and Wi-Fi are provided.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good and the exams are conducted strictly and according to the syllabus. Teachers are highly qualified and dedicated to their work. The passing marks in the semester exams are 26 out of 80 and for the internal test, it is 8 out of 20. The course curriculum as per set by the board is enough to make everyone stand on their own in industrial norms.
Other: As a super senior and passing out student of this college I would suggest anyone whose family is financially weak and want to study in a good college must consider joining the college. For getting admission one must clear the joint diploma entrance examination (for 10th basis) and lateral entry examination (for 12th basis). As our college provides mechanical, civil, electrical, computer science and engineering, metallurgy branches so one should know their interests while enrolling in any course. There are extracurricular activities performed by seniors. After getting admission all students (except the non-EWS general category) are eligible for scholarships which is given every year.

The best education is provided even in covid time.
Placements: Placements of our college are good, and minimum 30-40% of the students got placements from the college. The salary package offered varies from 6-12 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro Tata, Eicher, SAIL, Honda, Hero, Atlas, etc. Tata mainly provides internships to students. Top courses of our college are mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has Wi-Fi facilities, but the speed is slow. Classrooms are very big, and the library is also good with all books related to courses. The mess food is average, and the college also has a canteen. Sports are conducted regularly.
Faculty: Teachers of our college are experienced, and the teaching quality is also good. The college provides technical as well as practical knowledge, so it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are conducted by the board, so it is a bit hard. About 90% of the students pass the exams.
Other: I like to learn and design machines, so I have chosen this course. The best thing about this course is it has a lot of challenges. The fest also occurs in our college every year. The connectivity is also good, and auto-rickshaws are always available. Scholarships are provided by e-Kalyan.

Placements: In Government Polytechnic Dhanbad, many courses are offered. However, mechanical is the best among them. Many students from the mechanical engineering course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 1 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is Rs. 75,000 per annum. Interested students fill the internship form and get internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good in Government Polytechnic Dhanbad College. The library facility is available in our course, but now in the library, many books are not available. Sports facilities are also not available in our college. Even there is no canteen and medical facilities.
Faculty: In Government Polytechnic Dhanbad, teachers are very knowledgeable. For all subjects, part-time lecturers are available. The teaching quality is very good. Semester exams are not difficult. Many students passed in semester examination. The curriculum makes students industry-ready.
