If you want a good college in Ranchi, then RTC is best for it.

Placements: The placement in RTC for the Diploma in Mechanical branch offers a minimum package of 2 LPA, with the highest package reaching 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies include Hitachi, TCS, etc. In my batch, most students received machine operator designations. Over 50 percent of students were placed from our college.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is decent, but the hostel and mess facilities are not acceptable. I personally recommend choosing a PG instead of the hostel and mess, as the food quality is poor. However, the canteen food is acceptable. Sports and games are held regularly.

Faculty: The faculty at RTC is good and very supportive. The examinations are conducted by Jharkhand University and are quite difficult. Over 60 percent of students receive backlogs in their papers. This course prepares students for industries such as manufacturing and design.

Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Almost 10-20% of students were placed in our course. The average salary package offered for our course was about 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Companies like Tata and Maruti Suzuki were top recruiters for our course. About 5% of students got internships from our course in the production department.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college was very good. About 70% of our college region was covered with Wi-Fi. Labs were available in good condition. Classrooms were in good condition. Library was fully stocked. There were average hostel facilities. The quality of food in the mess and canteen was good.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was very good. The course curriculum was relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams were easy to pass for regular students. About 70% of students passed semester exams.

Other: I chose this course because of the high availability of job scopes. Events like cricket and volleyball tournaments were organised. Fests like annual day, Saraswati Puja, etc., were celebrated with full of joy.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty members and teachers.

Placements: 20 percent of students were placed in our course. 2.5 Lacs per annum was the average package for our course. Tata motors, maruti suzuki were the highest recruiters for our course. 20 percent of students got internship from our course in companies like tata motors.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college was satisfactory. Wi-Fi was available for students. Labs like Chemistry Physics electrician, etc. Were available in our college. Classrooms were of good condition. Library was available. Good quality of food was available in the mess and canteen.

Faculty: Qualified and knowledgeable teachers were available for our course. Teachers were helpful. Teaching quality was good. This course was curriculum relevant and makes the students ready for industry. Semester exams were easy to pass. 40% was the pass percentage.

Other: I chose this course because of high availability of job scopes. Practical classes and industrial visits must be held for better result of students. Events like Annual function, engineers day, Saraswati Puja, etc. Were celebrated in our college with full of joy.

I am satisfied with teachers and good infrastructure of this college.

The canteen is equipped with air-conditioners. The food served in the canteen is good. Our college organises sports and games activities.

Infrastructure: Our college was situated on the bank of a beautiful river surrounded by serene beauty. Our campus included 2 separate hostels for boys and girls with secure and safe facilities. It provided 24X7 electricity, Wi-Fi, and a fully air-conditioned canteen with quality food. Medical facilities were very good. All the games were available. There were big grounds, a basketball court, a volleyball court, an open-air gym, etc. Labs and workshop facilities were good.

Faculty: All the teachers in our college were highly qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality was great. The course curriculum made students ready for industries. Exams were easy because of good teaching. The pass percentage was 33%.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in machines since my childhood. Workshop facilities should be improved. Many events are organised in our college every year like engineer's day, fresher's party, and many poojas. Scholarships were provided for financially weak students.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements. Teachers were of helping in nature.

Placements: 20% of our students were placed. INR 5 lacs to 2 lacs was the average package offered in our course. Maruti Suzuki, Yamaha were the top recruiters. 20% students got internship in Maruti Suzuki, Yamaha, etc. from our course. Package was dissatisfying.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library all were good for our course. Hostel facility was average but food in the mess and canteen was above average. There's not much opportunity in sports its just for entertainment, only basketball and volleyball court are available in this college.

Faculty: Yes, teachers were very helpful and knowledgeable in nature. Teaching quality was also above average. Yes, it was relevant. Yes, it makes the students ready for industries. Semester exams were normal. Pass percentage was 40%. Internal exams were held strictly.

Other: I chose this course because of high scope of job opportunities. We need more practical knowledge than theoretical. Engineers day, freshers day and sports were held.
