In performing arts, you have different specialisation like dance, drama, music, etc. According to your course you have core subjects. Majoring in performing arts involves study that integrates the overlapping fields of drama, music and dance practices. Even when students specialize in one of the three areas, they will take courses in the other performance arts disciplines as well, as well as taking some general education courses.

Performing arts are all pervading bringing colour and joy to numerous festivals and ceremonies, and reaffirming the faith of the people in their heritage. These facets have been responsible for sustaining the long continuities of ancient traditions. They are the link between the past and the present. It is a good college for all art students.
Placements: About 80% of students were placed in our course. The average salary package offered in our course was around 11 LPA, the lowest was 8 LPA, and the highest was 15 LPA. SKETS Studio was the top recruiter. Around 80% of students got internships from our course.
Infrastructure: We had all the facilities in our department, like Wi-Fi, classrooms, labs, and a library with all the course-related books. There was a good atmosphere for learning new things. We had very good facilities in the hostels. The food quality was average.
Faculty: Our teachers were well-qualified. They always tried their best to teach us everything. They had good teaching skills. This course has good scope. Semester exams were tough.
Other: I chose this course because I was very passionate about the painting industry.
