I am absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty.

Placements: Only 20% of the students were placed in our course. The highest average salary offered ranges from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month. Only a few companies like TCS, Mahindra, etc., are recruiting companies. Only 10% of students got the internship from our course in companies like Maruti, Mahindra etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities of our college are very poor. Infrastructure is good. But lab facility is very disappointing because the instruments are very old and bad in condition. Moreover, it is not working properly, and even some instruments are damaged from years. In the library, books are not available according to subjects, and most of the books are a very old version. In the library, books are never updated according to requirement and according to the new syllabus. The quality of the food is very bad, and most of the time, food is not available in the canteen and hostel facility also disappointed for all the students.

Faculty: Only CS branch teachers are helpful, but there are only a few teachers in our branch. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable because in our college, this CS branch is very important branch and another branch is not important. And in other branches, few teachers are helpful but not all the time because most of the time, teachers are not available. Training and placement teaching is not provided to students to be industry-ready because in our college training and placement teachers are not available.

Other: I choose this course because this is the best course to study. The best things about our course are that we learn about modern technology and how to improve and make perfect technology. And after doing this course, students will be more creative and change student's thinking. Events are organised in our college and fests are also celebrated some times. The campus crowed connectivity is very poor because students don't take admission because of our college facility and college faculty.

The college is the worst. All GRKISTians think that the made them a fool.

Placements: The placement is good but it happens when you deserve it. TCS comes and takes many of the good candidates. Of course, many seniors got selected in companies and their experience has been good. I am also selected in many companies but they are BPOs. So for campus placements, the college is not suitable.

Infrastructure: Guru Ramdas Khalsa college is very good at infrastructure. There are 5 computer labs and 5 to 6 mechanical labs. There was a problem of location- the college is far from the city.

Faculty: In the college, there are many courses like mechanical engineering, computer science engineering, civil engineering, electronics and communication engineering, and electrical engineering. The courses are very good. I have found that there are less but quality faculty members. They are helpful. They are qualified and knowledgeable. There were 30 students for one teacher.

Other: Faculty members are not adequate for Engineering. No companies came for Campus. Faculty members and college management are not cooperative. All staffs are enjoying their duties with laziness. Some of the faculty members do not know anything about English.. Overall it is worthless to study at GRKIST,Jabalpur.
