It is a very good college.
Placements: Almost 40% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered was Rs. 19,000 per month. The average salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. Around 75% of students got internships in our course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are very good. Many facilities, like laboratories, Wi-Fi, a library, and projectors, are available. There are many books in our library. Both fictional and non-fictional books are available. Hostel rooms are good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable in their fields. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are difficult, but they are not impossible to pass.
Other: I like to read literature, mainly English, so I chose this course.

It is a good college for students with low fee structure.
Placements: There were 39 students in our course. The minimum salary offered was Rs 10,000. The top recruiting company for our course was teaching. There were many students present who got internships from our course in some private institute college extra. The graduate was the top role offered in our course.
Infrastructure: There were many facilities in our course. It provides free high-speed internet or Wi-Fi, it provides clean classrooms and a library. Our library was very big with a huge stock of books. Our hostel and canteen food was delicious and also had more options to choose from for our meal. It provides gym and medical facilities in our college.
Faculty: Teachers were well educated and knowledgeable. They were helpful and qualified to teach our subject. The course curriculum was relevant and it make the students industry-ready. The semester exam was very good for students, because the syllabus was well maintained by our teacher. The pass percentage was 89%.
Other: I opted for this course, because I love to know it. The best thing about our course was Monostotto. They had to improve the campus's cleanliness. Our college organised an annual function every year for students.

It can be a good decision to take admission here.
Placements: The college has a career and personal counseling cell. Passed out students get admitted into different jobs on a regular basis in various government departments, government undertaking and private companies. After passing out from this college, you can get a job through this college.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities in this college like a central library, girls and boys hostels, free scholarships, health homes, student's union, anti-ragging cell, free Wi-Fi, labs, etc. Classrooms are quite big. There is a canteen which provides good quality food at a minimum cost.
Faculty: There are two sections, i.e., morning and day, and there are a total of 3 departments like UG, PG and Yoga. Students can take admission in various courses offered by this college. Teachers are highly professional and helpful, and they treat their students as friends. Mainstreams are arts, science and commerce.
Other: I took admission in English literature BA Hons in this college. I had a keen interest in the English language, and I learned a lot about English literature. The thing which I don't like is the process of admission into this college as it is quite disturbing. You have to waitlisted to take admission in a particular subject. Campus life is very enjoyable with friends. You can participate in various events and programs. Every year an annual fest is organised by our college. You can play cricket, football and volleyball. The student's union leader is very helpful, and the union comes forward to help students. Extracurricular activities like NCC are also available.

Most priority for learning.
Placements: It is a government college, which is a normal government college, so placements are not that fair. However, every year 70% to 80% of the students got placed in a good position of the company. Many students want to settle in a foreign country as a successful businessman or an employee of a company.
Infrastructure: Guskhara Mahavidyalaya college has all the necessary infrastructure and facilities we needed like Wi-Fi, labs and classrooms, but the library is very small. However, the hostel is very good, and there are separate hostels for both boys and girls. The quality of the food served in the mess and canteen is awesome.
Faculty: Teachers are good and communicate well with us. They guide and support us, and their teaching quality is awesome. It is fair to assume that most physics students, both past and present, will agree that physics is one of the most difficult subjects, which studied in senior school.

Affordable rural college with supportive faculty, a peaceful campus, and good value for money.
Placements: Our general BA course at Gushkara Mahavidyalaya had no formal campus placements because it was a small rural college. However, most of my friends who studied here went on to pursue higher studies like MA, B.Ed., or MBA, or appeared for government job exams. Those who were employed earned around 1.8–4.5 LPA in sectors like teaching, banking, insurance, and local administrative services. The designations included Teacher, Banking Officer, Clerk, Office Assistant, and NGO Field Coordinator. Internships were not a big culture here, but some people did volunteer work in local NGOs and schools to gain experience.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were big, and the library had a nice collection of Arts books. The computer lab with 15–20 systems could be used for project work, but there was no Wi-Fi. The campus was clean, airy, and quiet, which was suitable for a college on the outskirts. The hostel was clean, and the mess provided hygienic, home-cooked Bengali food at very affordable prices. There was also a canteen for tea and snacks. First aid was available, but for serious cases, the college bus took students to nearby towns. There was also a playground where students could play volleyball, cricket, and indoor carrom.
Faculty: Teachers had M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees. They were cooperative and facilitated students in raising queries. The teaching methodology was effective. All teachers were supportive. The B.A. General course comprised History, Political Science, Bengali, and English. It aimed at improving analytical skills but lacked industry-oriented skills. We needed to acquire additional skills for better career prospects. The more one attended the lectures, the better one achieved in exams. The passing percentage ranged from 85 to 90%. Burdwan University had a rigorous assessment policy, but faculty members guided students a lot during the examination time.
Other: I chose BA General because of its flexible nature, as it provided a strong base for competitive exams like WBCS, Banking, etc. The best things about it were low fees, friendly teachers, and a good environment. The things that could be improved were industry visits, guest lectures, and better Wi-Fi. The annual cultural fest, Saraswati Puja, and sports meet were arranged very well. A friendly crowd gathered from different nearby places. A green and clean environment was easily available. Scholarships were also available for SC/ST/OBC students. NSS camps and debate competitions were also conducted from time to time.

Good knowledgeable but not make a student industry ready.
Placements: Less than 20 percent student placed in this course. No data available for salary package. ASI and some local company are recruiting for this course. No companies offer internship for this course. Junior assistant in ASI is the top job offered in my course.
Infrastructure: Our institute has top level infrastructure, Classes are well decorated and Wi-Fi facilities available in all the campus, labs are in good condition but it need some or equipment. It has a huge library but most of the books are for old syllabus. Quality of cannten food is bad. Cricket, volly, football played in the huge ground.
Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified and they are very helpful in there subject. Students also get good knowledge form them. Most of course curriculum is relevant but it not make a student perfect industry ready. Sem exam are not so difficult almost 90 percent student passed in this course.
