It is a good college for placements.

Placements: The average salary package is 32 LPA. It is good for students. Recruiters are companies like TCS, Wipro, HCL, etc. The role offered is software engineer. Students in their final year get internships at top companies.

Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure and a good environment. Our college provides a good hostel for students. It conducted many sports activities. It has a good canteen. It provides medical facilities.

Faculty: Our college has many teachers. All teachers have good knowledge. Exams are moderate, but students are able to study. Teachers support all students and conduct extra classes.

The college is good for those students who are self motivated and has good placements.

Placements: About 30% of students are placed on their own. Mostly, they are hired by self-study. About 40% of students get internships from the MCA course. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, etc. The most offered role is a trainee software developer.

Infrastructure: In our college, Wi-Fi is available only to faculty members and not to students. Labs are okay. Classrooms are up-to-date. Libary is top class. Hostels are not provided by the college. The canteen is average. NCC is also available in this college.

Faculty: Teachers in our college have only bookish language but their contribution to study is good. The course doesn't make students industry-ready. The difficulty level of the exam is average. The pass percentage is above 90%. Semester exams are conducted by Rajiv Gandhi Prodiki Vishwavidyalaya.

Other: I had done B.Sc so there is no option. I preferred this college because fees are good as the college's reputation and campus.

The first batch that strongly faced the recession was in the year 2023. It was a very hard journey.

Placements: Our course was MCA, and it was the 2023 batch. Only 2% of students were placed from our course. The highest package offered was 7 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. The only top recruiting company was TCS. There were no one got an internship from our course. The only role offered was System Engineer.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure that were available for our department were AC classrooms and labs. There were no hostels provided by the college, but the quality of food in the canteen was good. There were no medical facilities, and several events were conducted for sports and games.

Faculty: Some teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was average, they sometimes taught and provided notes through their portal called Moodle. The course curriculum was not relevant to industry standards. The amount of study required to get into the corporate world was completely different from what we had in our course.

Other: My batch was 2023, and the course was MCA. I chose this course due to my strong interest in IT. The best thing about this course was that it helped us get ready for market needs which were mostly technical. What I wished could have been better about this course was that the syllabus should have matched corporate requirements. In terms of events and games, the college was excellent, several concerts took place, and celebrities even visited the campus.

MCA GGITS College review.

Placements: Top recruiting companies are TCS, Tech Mahindra and Cognizant, and they vary. About 1/4 percent of students get placed by themselves, 40 percent by self-study, and the remaining by the MCA course. Top roles offered are junior software developer and data scientist. The highest, average, and the lowest package is 7.5 LPA, 4.5 LPA, and 3.3 LPA.

Infrastructure: The classes are up-to-date. Wi-Fi is not accessible by students and labs are just okay. There are ACs in the classroom. The college doesn't have a hostel, but they do recommend some hostels and PG to the students. There are many sports available on the college premises. The canteen food is okay only the taste is not so great. I didn't like it very much.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good, as they try to mix practical knowledge with theory to help students understand topics. The course is relevant to help at the beginner level. It needs to be updated for industry-ready. The semester exams are tough, and theory parts need to be added in some papers, as they are absent in them. Pass percentage is 60 percent.

Other: I chose this course because I was interested in the technology and computer. It helped me understand it more. The need for industry-ready subjects should be added instead of old subjects, and labs should be improved with new systems. Also, there are many events, fests, and activities organised by the college and there are many scholarships for different students.
