Starting 2022, Hans Raj College has stopped releasing the cutoff for BCom (Hons) and other undergraduate courses publicly. Earlier, the institute, along with the University of Delhi used to release the cutoff scores for different category students across seven to eight cutoff lists. These lists were based on the Class 12 scores obtained by the students. With the introduction of CUET UG, the process for the release of cutoff has seen changes. Hans Raj College admission to all the programmes is entrance-based. While the college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BA (Hons), BSc, BSc (Hons) and BCom, BCom (Hons), admission to all the postgraduate programmes is based on the scores obtained by students in the CUET-PG exam (starting admission 2023). The admission process for BCom at Hans Raj College, Delhi is completely based on the scores obtained by the students in the CUET - UG exam conducted by NTA. To be eligible for the exam, candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with Mathematics, Accountancy, Book Keeping and Applied Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Those who qualify the CUET UG exam must register on the DU CSAS portal, fill in their college choices and go through the seat allocation process. The final selection while is based on the candidate's performance in the exam but students who do not have Mathematics or related afore-mentioned subjects in Class 12 do not stand eligible for this exam.

Hence, it is both true Maths or related subjects among Accountancy, Book Keeping and Applied Mathematics is a compulsory must-have in Class 12 for BCom (Hons) admission at HRC.

There is no separate application fees for the BSc admissions at Hansraj College. Thus the CUET registration fees is considered the Hansraj College BSc application fees.
