Tier-3 college but not very bad.

Placements: College doesn't attract good companies but there's placement at gtu level every year where you can get equal opportunity to get job in your desired company. There are companies like L&T, ABB, Torrent Power etc. Package depends on the company and your skill. Minimum package can around 1.8LPA and the highest can be around 4-5LPA.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. Labs are average. One of the best things about the college is the library. It's big and has no of books of wide range of topics from technical to non technical and also good librarians. I didn't use hostel facility, but as far as I know they provide Wi-Fi and good food.

Faculty: Faculty members are helping if you comply to rules. They can prepare you atleast for exam. Teaching quality was good when I pass ed out of the college. But good faculty members don't hold there for long because of the remote location of the campus. Curriculum is from University level which I am not very fond of.

Other: Campus is at remote location so commutation time will be more.

This is the institute where you can gain knowledge as well as talent.

Placements: Placements of HGCE were quite good for IT and CE but not for mechanical and other branches. Almost half of the CE and IT students got placed in the campus placements. If you are in HGCE, you have some benefits related to the placements because there is a placement department in our college. They were working for the placements of the students after their graduation as well.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of HGCE is good. They provide free Wi-Fi facility to students. There are different labs for every branch. If you want to get practical knowledge, you should attend all the labs. There are separate sections in the college. Library of HGCE is big, and you can get lots of books as there are the latest magazines and books. If you don't have enough money to buy books from the store, don't worry HGCE will provide you with every book. Every year, they organise sports day. You can participate in any sport and show your strength, and after winning, you will get the prize. Every year, they also organise garbage days.

Faculty: If you are serious about your study, then the faculty members will be very helpful for you. They provide every basic knowledge to you. They guide and help you in the final-year project. They teach us very clearly by using the simple methods. If you are not able to understand any topic, students can ask them multiple times.

Other: HGCE provides a platform for the students to showcase their hidden talent. They organise tech fest where you can show you technical knowledge and participate in any tech competition. Our college is very big. The quality of food in the canteen is good as they provide different types of fast-food. They also provide the scholarship for the brilliant students.

Organisation with very good faculty members, good library. The environment of the college is good.

Placements: Placements in our college were good enough. Companies come to the college for recruitment seeing the infrastructure and quality of the students. So, the placements were okay in our college, but the placement officer Mr Nirav Sathwara Sir is very good and supportive. Marketing companies were also there for engineering students. I'm running my own company which I started when I was in the third year of my college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good from inside, but from outside, the building looks to be old-fashioned. The other things like roads are good. Library and librarian are very good. The librarian is supportive. We have no Wi-Fi facility. Every year, a sports week is celebrated in the college. The canteen food is okay.

Faculty: Every faculty member in our college is very good. Faculty supports the students in every situation. We have good training and placement officer. At the time of cultural fest and tech-fest, all the students and faculty members work together. During those fests, the environment of our college is very good.

Other: Very less number of events and festivals are celebrated in our college. I organised back to back two years Techfest in my college. A cultural festival is held once in every two years.

Our college has all the facilities required for the students.

Placements: Placements provided by our college are good only for computer engineering and information technology departments. Placements are very low for other departments like electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and automobile engineering. So, you can join CS or IT departments in this college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. In our college, all the bachelor courses like engineering, B.Com, B.Sc and various other master courses are also available. Overall, our college is good. As the medical college is under construction, the infrastructure is in progress.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful for the students. They guide and support the students. Some teachers have good behaviour. They communicate well with the students.

Other: We celebrate events like sports day, college function, fresher's party, etc. Signature day, etc., are also celebrated in our college.

No other college is better than HGCE.

Placements: The placements in HGCE were good. Almost 10-15 companies visit the college every year. Mostly, the placements for computer engineering students were good. The students of other branches like mechanical, electrical, and civil were not placed, and the placements were nil. But, after graduation, they keep working on the placement service of students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The college is located at Vahelal village, which is famous for its cleanliness in Gujarat. Good transportation is provided for those students who come from distant places. There is a canteen that provides good and healthy food.

Faculty: The faculty in HGCE are very friendly. They always interact with the students very politely. They provide proper and deep knowledge about the subject, and they try to complete all the topics in the syllabus in the term. They conduct tests in the every weekend to check the knowledge of the students.

There are no placements, practical knowledge and technical assistance.

Placements: Zero placements are there in our batch related to our technical field, so there are no questions related to the salaries offered. There is a placement cell but all the jobs related to non-technical are offered, and they are of low profile, so think to join another field. At present, in the industry, there are very few jobs.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available for students. The labs are quite good, and the classrooms are average like moderate school. They never allowed us to play sports and games. The canteen area is limited, not good enough, and building structure does not look like a college. There is no gate present at the entrance.

Faculty: Teachers are not much experienced, and practicals will be done like they will give to write experiment copies. There will be no any practical knowledge from faculty side. For technical branches, it is very necessary to focus on practical or how the industry works. There is no guidance for future application or growth.

Other: During my time, only one event is conducted, and as per the fee, they have to take to industrial visit in every semester. But, only one visit is done throughout the degree, and there is no refund of money, so I recommend not to prefer this college.

Satisfied. Not good nor bad also.

Placements: This college has very good teaching skills. But the placements are not part of their management. Because of non-government organisation. Usually companies prefer the government organizations which provides better academic results and skilled students. On our vary hasmukh goswami college of engineering does't stand a chance to meet the criteria.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is nice with the pharmacy, MBA and BBA. College campus didn't had Wi-Fi. Only for the hostel. Classrooms were neat, clean and tidy. Library was best in place. But only hostel students were using it. Due to the non-government organisation the Labs and the facilities provided by college was tremendous.

Faculty: The college was new to the engineering field. Because of that the faculty members were not quite experienced. They had just cleared degree or the Masters from the private organizations. Their teaching was good. Student to teacher ratio was good for the self financed college. We didn't had to suffer from less.

The whole campus is clean and natural. The faculty members are experienced and helpful.

Placements: Placement is the most important thing in every college. At my college, 30-45% of the students got placed last year. It was with the awesome annual packages. Companies like Torrent, GETCO, etc., related to electrical branch as well as many other companies recruited our seniors at the awesome annual packages.

Infrastructure: The building structure is with an elevator, so obviously, it's good. The labs and classrooms are big as well as the whole campus is kept clean. The most important point there is a lot of greenery. The canteen provides good products. The library is very big which has up to 5k books. The whole campus is nice.

Faculty: The college provides the experienced faculty members. They are very friendly and helpful to the students. The single faculty is provided for every subject. They're helping us personally also. 5-6 faculty members are provided per single batch. Every faculty member is good in nature and masters in their own field.

Other: Our college organises the annual function as well as techfest. Sometimes, they help us to visit companies and organise workshop training.
