HCET offers a good college life.

Placements: Our college has high placements with companies like Infosys. The college aims for 100% placement. Specific figures for the highest, lowest, and average salary packages are not publicly disclosed. However, the college is improving its placement records.

Infrastructure: The college is spread over 30 acres. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, ensuring students and faculty have seamless internet access for academic and research activities. We have well-equipped labs. We have a very good canteen and a separate snacks and coffee area for students, which we call ICE bars.

Faculty: Exams are very strict, and if any malpractice occurs, there is punishment. Semester exams are very difficult and competitive. Teachers are well-trained and highly professional. They can manage and understand students. Friendly faculty members make studying easier.

Other: I am interested in ECE. Dejavu is one of the famous cultural events in Trivandrum. It is well known for the arts and electrifying performances of students. Dejavu 2025 is held in March when more than 6,000 people gather at HCET.
