B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2027

Manageable and acceptable courses and learning patterns.
Placements: The majority of the students got placed in our college. It is the best college in the locality. The highest salary package offered is 11 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 5 LPA - 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies include the best companies in the country and state. A good amount of students from our course got internships. Top roles offered in our computer science and engineering course include software engineer, space engineer, and engineer in the field of computer science.
Infrastructure: Our college has very good infrastructure and facilities. Our college has a very good climate and beautifulness. It holds a very good decorum and discipline inside the campus. It has a perfect amount of classrooms. There is a good library. We have Wi-Fi and good labs. Talking about the quality of the hostel, it is the best. It has Wi-Fi. In the boys' hostel, something is lacking about cleanliness. Talking about the canteen food, it is manageable but still has issues.
Faculty: Our faculty members are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Talking about their learning and teaching patterns, they are quite good except for some teachers who are not the best. The main course curriculum is very relevant and makes students of our college industry-ready. Semester exams in our college or not very tough. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because I can learn further about space engineering studies. I wish to improve facilities outlet activities and extracurricular activities in our college. About our course, I wish to improve the standard of the courses that they provide.

Great college under the private category.
Placements: Placements are available. Around 80% of people are getting placed. Nissan, Digital Keltron, and Tech companies are hiring people. Internships are mandatory during the 2nd year, so the college provides us with some startups for internships. Top roles are software engineer and others, depending on the branches.
Infrastructure: College facilities labs are very good. Wi-Fi is available, but the network connection is slow and has limited range. Classrooms are spacious. The library is very spacious and big with many books. Separate spaces are available for B. Tech and M. Tech departments. Hostels are available for both boys and girls. The fee is Rs. 75,000. Food is average and the rooms are okay.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and great. Everyone is honest and supportive. Teaching quality is great. Course curriculum is very good as it provides practical knowledge and a better understanding. Pass percentage depends on the marks of the exam. There are 8 semesters and each semester is tough in its own way.

A pretty good institution for students who focus on their career.
Placements: I am a Computer Science graduate, and there are about 130 students who enrolled for Computer Science Engineering, out of which around 80-85 got placed. The highest package in 2024 was 12,00,000 per annum, and the lowest being 3,00,000 per annum. Signify was the company which provided the highest CTC.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi available in every department, library, and lab. The infrastructure is pretty good with all the basic needs provided. The facilities provided by the hostel are also good; there is nothing to complain about. The quality of food is excellent as they give great importance to the quality of food. Medical facilities I would say only include first aid and a few basic tables in the sick room. Sports and games are greatly promoted. MBCET is known for its basketball team.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. The teaching methods differ from one teacher to another, and students are able to follow, hence the teaching quality is quite good. The difficulty level is average, as an average student can easily pass the examination, but to score a good percentage, you will have to work hard. The pass percentage is 40 percent.
Other: Usually, Computer Science Engineering is a highly demanded course. The labs are pretty clean and have a good ambiance. The inter-college fest conducted by this college is top-notch, as it has a separate fan base. CROSSROADS is the name of the fest. Many events are being held, like departmental events, etc.

All about MBCET on faculty members, infrastructures and placements .
Placements: Almost all students who get a CGPA above 6.5 are placed in our college. Major recruitment companies are TCS, Infosys, UST, Mindtree, SAB, Federal Bank, etc. The majority of students got internships from our college. These companies recruit mainly as software developers, data engineers, etc.
Infrastructure: As our college is autonomous, the structure is well built with nice infrastructure and highly optimized labs. Our library can accommodate nearly 50,000 books. The hostel is well maintained with good quality food and spacing. The hostel fee on an annual basis is 75,000.
Faculty: The faculty members are well trained at various engineering colleges. The course curriculum is relevant as it teaches about industrial development. The semester exams are a bit difficult but easy to crack. The pass percentage last year was around 68%, but in our class it's almost 90%.
Other: I was interested in software development, so I chose B teaching in CSE. The curriculum provided here is awesome. The Crossroads is a 3-day festival, which is the biggest one in our college. Also, an arts and sports festival is also happening.

It was a nice college but don't expect any freedom.
Placements: In our CS department, almost 80% of students got placed. The highest salary package was around 8 LPA and the average salary package offered was between 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies were TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, etc. The role offered was mostly software development engineer.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were large and we had nice labs in our college. The library was sufficiently large and had almost all the books related to the course. Hostels had nice infrastructure but rules were the one that bothers. They had very strict rules like do not use the mobile phone from 7 pm - 10 pm, etc.
Faculty: The teachers in our college were qualified and helpful. They were knowledgeable and almost all had a Ph.D. The college followed the curriculum of KTU. The college had now become autonomous. So new students get much more trending course. Semester exams were of medium difficulty. The pass percentage was around 70-80%.

Good infrastructure and nice campus environment and good placements.
Placements: In my course, around 65% to 70% of students were placed. Average package was 2.25 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies were Infosys, IBM, Qburst, TCS etc. I don't know in detail about how many students got internships, but some got internships in EY and UST global.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for the course were good. We were comfortable with that. And teaching staffs were very supportive. Labs and library was well organized. Hostel life was a beautiful memory that I will never forget. Food and other facilities provided in hostel were very satisfactory.
Faculty: All the teachers were well qualified. Although some were not so good in teaching. But all were very supportive. Overall teaching quality was above average. In my opinion course curriculum is not so relevant. It won't make students ready for industry. But for very bright students it is enough.

Now in this year college has improved far better than past years.
Placements: 56% of the students got placement offers. Rs.35000 by Devon was the salary offered. Manager was the role offered. Rs.75000 by Devon company offered was the big salary and better positions to this field so students has become more accurate to studies and started to gain their aim. Devon is a company in Bangalore so we can gain good job from that company.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, library, canteen is available. No upgraded classroom is there with technology. It should be upgraded for studies. Wi-Fi is available because course is computer engineering so Wi-Fi is must for our studies.
Faculty: Teachers are good educated. Yes this course makes student more relevant on studies because we can get a better job and get high salary accordingly to the position. Through this job we can earn and improve our skills we can find better activities.
Other: I am very interested to this. Introduce better facilities. Scholarships are available.

The best private college in Trivandrum.
Placements: Placements are good as compared to other colleges in Trivandrum. Last year, Microsoft recruited 5 students from the college. 86 students got placed from the whole college. The placement training is good and the faculty members help the students a lot in getting placed.
Infrastructure: The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled and the labs are modern. There is a food court and two mini canteens inside the campus, which are functional all the days of the week. There is one men's hostel and three women's hostels along with a convention center, amenity and basket ball court.
Faculty: The college is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Kerala Technological University, which has the latest syllabus according to the current scenario. The faculty members are experienced and helpful. Many industrial visits were organised by the college for the student workshops and hands-on sessions are frequent here.
