- In the second year, there is provision for an additional intake of 10% of the approved intake.
- This is specifically for Diploma holders and B.Sc. degree holders who qualify through the Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry (JELET) conducted by the WBJEE Board. Candidates have to score an aggregate of 45% in the three compulsory subjects in the 10+2 to apply for the WBJEE 2024 exam.
