I would recommend joining this college if someone wants to join a private college.
Placements: College tops this list when it comes to top private colleges in Kolkata. Civil engineering course is fine. Placements are good here. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. I think that is a good start when a private college is providing placements. Most colleges do not even have placements.
Infrastructure: College tops this list when it comes to top private colleges in Kolkata. When it comes to infrastructure, it is good. They don't provide hostel for boys but they provide hostel facilities for girls.
Faculty: College tops this list when it comes to top private colleges in Kolkata. Faculty members are a bit biased but if students have maintained a relatively good image in front of them like that of a sincere student.

Absolutely satisfied because of facilities and supportive faculty .
Placements: More than 80 percent of students get placed every year . The highest package offered last year was 30 lakh per annum, and the lowest was approximately 3 lakh per annum. The average package was about 5 lakhs per annum . Mainly, top recruiters are ultratech. Approximately 70 to 80 percent of students get internships in companies like Century Ply , Ultratech, etc. Leading roles offered are like senior civil engineer and structural engineering.
Infrastructure: The overall facilities inside the campus are very good. Big and spacious classrooms are there. Proper equipment is there in the labs , a well fully aur conditioned library with high-speed Wi-Fi is there for the students, which is available from 9 a.m. to 8 pm everyday except Sunday . Mainly, there is no boys’ hostel inside the campus; it is outside the campus, which is well furnished and clean. But there is a girls’ hostel inside the hostel, which is really very nice. Proper , good-quality food is provided. 24x7 medical facilities are there. A big ground is there .
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well qualified, and knowledgeable. There is no problem regarding that. Teachers are very sincere, helpful, and supportive. Yes, there is a site visit curriculum which is really very helpful and important for the experience of in-field work. And though it makes students ready for industry, which helps them for their good placement. Teachers are very helpful there, but the semester exams have no mercy on any student. The papers are good enough, which will be passed only on knowledge and with proper preparation. The pass percentage was approximately 33 percent.
Other: I personally chose civil engineering because I have an interest in making different types and unique designs of buildings. Events are often organised, but there is no fest in this college for many years. I hope so we will soon be able to see a fest in our college.

If you are not getting IIT, then of course join HIT.
Placements: There are numerous students who got placed and recruited by many companies like Cognizant, TCS, etc. Approximately 70 percent of students got placed in any of the recruiting companies; the highest package, according to my knowledge, is 55 LPA and the average package is approximately 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: There is no such hostel for boys; hostels are available only for girls, which will not allow boys to enter the college campus after 8 p.m. According to my knowledge, I can assure you that the medical facilities are good for the girls hostel and the college canteen is good but for some reason it is reconstructing.
Faculty: The faculty of this college is very good and excellent, which will allow students to gain knowledge from the teacher easily. The course curriculum is well structured, which will help students score good marks in the graduation year. Semester examination are easy if you are attending college regularly.

A smile comes on the face after seeing the campus.
Placements: 80 percent of the students are placed in my course. Infosys and Campaign are the companies. Manager and CEO of the company. The highest package offered was 14 lacs per annum, the lowest package offered was 5 lacs per annum, and the average package offered is 7 lacs per annum. 90 percent of the students got internships from my course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, and the hostels are very neat and clean. Wi-Fi is also available on campus. And there is a fully AC library with a capacity of 300 students. Classrooms are also very good and big. Food is also very good; the canteen also serves very good food; there is a separate building for medical purposes; and there is an ambulance for students in case of emergency. Many sports are played on campus, and there is a separate field for different games.
Faculty: All the teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable, and they are very helpful. The course is relevant, and they teach us very nicely. Another is a separate class for interview practice so that students can get ready for the interview. The exam is a little tough, although 95 percent of the students pass.
Other: I chose this college because it is in the heart of Kolkata and it has a very good campus and good placements. Placements should be better. Many events, fashion shows, and sports happened.

Our college is very good.
Placements: Almost 60% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 3 LPA and 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, etc. A few students got placed in core sectors like RMC, Godrej, etc. Many top roles are offered to students based on their courses.
Infrastructure: Our central library is good and filled with books. Our college has a departmental library in each department. Students can borrow books from the library. Our classrooms are clean with a good ambiance.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very helpful and very cooperative. Only a few teachers are good. Their teaching quality is not up to the mark. The course curriculum is relevant to the GATE exam.

Our college provides average placements and good faculty members.
Placements: More than 70% of students get placed in our department. Every student does not get core placements but if they have knowledge of some computer languages, they can get jobs for sure. All students get internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good with the environment. The campus area is good. Many hostels are available for girls inside the campus which gives extra security for girls. The canteen serves good food at low prices. A medical building is available for every check-up. There is a ground to play cricket and football.
Faculty: Some teachers in our college are helpful but some are not. Semester exams are tough because of the syllabus and strict invigilation during exams.
Other: I chose this course because I love this subject and I am eager to know about the construction of buildings and bridges. It provides good campus life. Our college administration is not good.

At first, I was not sure, but it was a good decision to get admitted to this college.
Placements: In our branch which is civil engineering, Heritage showed extraordinary placements. In other core branches also, this year's placements were fabulous. About 95% of the students who sat for the placements got placed. Top recruiters were Deloit, Larsen, and Tubro, Afcons in civil engineering. The average package was 4.2 LPA and the highest package offered was 11.2 LPA.
Infrastructure: Inside the campus, there is no boys' hostel. There are girls' hostels that are fully Wi-Fi and the food is also good. On campus, sports facilities are great. There is a dedicated football field and a cricket field. There are also a basketball court and facilities for archery and table tennis are also available. The library is one of the best, if not the best compared to all the colleges in Kolkata. The area of the library is 20,000 square feet and there are books and magazines in every field, even on the stock market and investments. Classrooms are good but have non-air-conditioners. The canteen is above average based on pricing and the food quality.
Faculty: The faculties at Heritage are one of the best. Each professor has more than 10 years of experience and they are from reputed institutes such as IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, etc. The best part is they are super helpful in and outside the campus. I remember asking about my doubts 9 nights during our first semester to the physics teacher. The curriculum is also very well structured. In the first year, we learned the basics of each field and we enjoyed doing practicals in mechanical labs. We learned engineering drawing and in the second year, students have to learn soil mechanics, surveys, etc., which makes them industry ready. Heritage has the reputation of being the most strict as far as exams are concerned which is the thing most of us don't like. The papers are tough and there are 3 invigilators in one hall so there is no chance of outsourcing. Combining internals and the semester paper, one has to score 40 out of 100 to pass the exam which looks easy but is on a bit tougher side.
Other: I chose this college just because of the environment it provides. There is a great coding environment in the campus. The seniors are super helpful and there is no ragging, literally I would not say minimal. The fests are best in Kolkata. Ecletia and Nascent are some of them. The college provides you with great alumni network which is surely going to help you. And at the total fees of 4 Lacs I think this college is surely value for money.

This is the best B+ grade college in my point of view.
Placements: Around 40-50% of students get placed in civil. Mostly recruited in IT companies. Top companies are TCS, Infosys, Godrej, and Byjus. Other than that if we talk about placement in the core branch it is almost zero. Few students do get placed in core companies from civil and mechanical but that too for a very low package of 2-3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure and college life. It has big fields and nice canteens. Only a girls' hostel is available on our college premises. The boys' hostel is outside our college area. Various inter-departmental sports events and other club activities are always held in our college.
Faculty: Few faculties are good. Exams are moderate to hard. Some papers are tough as you don't get enough exposure to topics via teachers. You have to look ATIT by yourself. But on average faculty is good. The pass percentage is quite high. If you only go to college and attend lectures you would not face any difficulties in passing. But for scoring above 9 CGPA you have to put in an extra effort.

In IEM, civil branch is not there. In Heritage, you will not get civil branch. You will get Haldia college either in the 2nd round or the 3rd round.
