Absolutely satisfied with this college.
Placements: The college has a very high placement rate, with over 90 percent of students getting placed. The average salary is between 5-7 lakhs. Still, I don't think getting a placement is that important because this college prepares us to start our own business or career.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure at this college are very good. The classrooms and library are air conditioned and wifi is available in the library. The library is especially beautiful. The food in the canteen is of a very high quality, and you can find all of your favorite sports such as cricket, football, tennis, volleyball, swimming, and basketball. All competitions are held at the inter- and intra-college level.
Faculty: The teachers at this college are very helpful and very experienced. They give surprise tests to get an idea of how much knowledge students have acquired. But the most important thing is that they prepare us for placements and interviews.
Other: I chose BTech in mechanical engineering because this is a time of revolution in automobiles, from fuels to electricity. This field offers great opportunities for mechanical engineers.

The college had good placements in 2022 and a clean campus.
Placements: Around 65% to 75% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package that was offered to us was 13 LPA, the lowest salary package was 2.5 LPA, and the average salary package was 4.5 LPA. Young's Optics and JSW are the top recruiting companies for our course. Nearly 60% of students got an internship for our course.
Infrastructure: There are no hostel facilities provided by our college. The quality of our canteen food and the cleanliness of our canteen is very good. The facilities for sports and games are good in our college. We also have good medical facilities.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also very good. This course curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry-ready. The difficulty of the semester exams is average, but you should have already prepared for this.

Review of Heritage Institute of Technology.
Placements: Placements are average for core branches, but for CS and IT, companies like TCS, IBM, and Byju's visit the campus. For core branches like Mechanical Engineering, companies like L & T and Siemens have visited the campus. Overall, the placement scenario is good for CS and IT.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good. There are huge, airy classrooms with projectors and labs with all the necessary practical equipment. The CAD lab is air-conditioned, and all the computers have the latest required CAD software installed. The canteen is the best part. All kinds of food that are hygienic and economical are available.
Faculty: All the teachers have an amazing knowledge of their subjects and are really helpful in clearing up any doubts. Regarding the semester examinations, they are at a good level and a student can score good grades only if the concepts that have been taught in class are clear.

This college is excellent.
Placements: The placement process of the college is good.90percent of the students were placed in Mechanical engineering course. TCS and cheg India were the top recruits from last year.88 percentage of students had got internships. The highest average package offered by this course is 16 Lacs per month and the lowest offered course is 3 Lacs per month.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. The class are all smart class oriented and there is a strong Wi-Fi network within the college campus. The hostel and canteens are neat and clean. The Library contains many informative books related to the course and is fully air conditioned.
Faculty: The teachers of the college are very helpful and supporting. Each and every teacher is highly qualified. They guide the students and prepare them for top industries and share their personal experience with the students. The semester exams are a little tough and the pass percentage is close to 90percent.

I am very happy to be part of this college. The administration here is also very good.
Placements: Almost every student gets placed in this college. So students getting passed out and not being placed till now also get emails from college admin for the vacancy for the job role. The college tries its best to place every student whether they are average students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. It has the finest and best library I have severely seen in my life. The campus has many buildings according to the courses provided for the students. The main part is that college canteen food is very hygienic and cheap. Every student can afford it and have their meal here.
Faculty: Teachers are good in this college. The college administration is also very good. They help students in every possible way to promote themselves and to explore. There are many clubs and students could join them and have their time doing something good, and useful and knowledgeable. Semester exams are not that tough. If any students know the basic things they can surely pass.

Our college should improve placements.
Placements: Our college is one of the best private colleges in West Bengal. Except for branches like computer science, electronics and communications and information technology, all other branches have below-average placements. Mechanical, civil, electrical and chemical branches have pretty few placements as compared to IT sectors. Not many core companies visit the campus. Off-campus placements are much higher than on-campus placements. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Mass recruiters are TCS and Wipro. Some other companies like Godrej or Reliance visit our college and hire few students. Not many renowned companies visit the campus for placements. None of the students from our batch got placed yet as we are in the third year. I heard from my seniors that, this time, many companies did not visit for placements due to the pandemic, which has affected the students, and many of them are applying for off-campus placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is up to the mark. Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, libraries, canteens and playgrounds. Everything is beyond your expectations here. We have 2 canteens which offer good quality and varieties of foods. We have multiple playgrounds and courts for different sports and activities. Competitions are conducted on a regular basis. It is good as well in extracurricular activities. The quality of the hostel and mess food is also good. Labs and classrooms are built with the latest technology. Moreover, a Wi-Fi facility is available with good signal strength all over the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good and talented. They all are knowledgeable, qualified and helpful. They teach very properly and are always there to clarify all the doubts. They will always help you in every possible manner. This course is well-taught, and students are trained properly to compete with the challenges further. Semester exams are set tough, and marking schemes is also strict. It is not so easy to score good marks. You have to follow the teachers, their lectures and assignments to score well in exams.
Other: Except for the placements, you don't have anything to worry about. You will get everything that you want and even more. Campus life is good. Fests are organised every year, which is one of the best events in Kolkata. You can avail scholarship for which you are eligible. I have chosen the mechanical engineering course because I did not get computer science according to my WBJEE rank. I am happy because faculty members have developed my interest in this subject, and it makes us industry-ready. The only thing I want to improve here is the placements and average salary package, which is seriously below par for a college that claims to be the best private college in West Bengal. The college should invite many companies for campus selection.

Placements are very good even in this pandemic situation, and our TPO was very impressive.
Placements: Almost 100% of the CSE and IT students got placed. From the mechanical course, almost 70% of the students got placed. Placements are very good in our college. The highest salary package offered was around 50 LPA through off-campus, the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4 LPA. TCS and Cognizant are mega recruiters, and Amazon also came for paid internships with a salary package of 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Each classroom is equipped with projectors and is well-furnished. The entire campus has a Wi-Fi connection. The library is very big and fully air-conditioned. No other private college in West Bengal has such a big canteen as our college has. Hostels are not less than hotel rooms. Food is hygienic and healthy.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are from IITs and NITs. The mechanical course in our college is mostly practical oriented, which industries needs. Semester exams are a bit tough as students rarely get repeated questions. The passing grade is 5.0. Students have to attend classes regularly to get good grades.
Other: The best thing about the course is it is totally designed to make students ready for industries. Our college fest named Eclacia is popular in the entire West Bengal.

No, you will not get mechanical in this college. Closing rank of the previous year for the mechanical branch was around 9000. So chances are very low. Try for other branches or try for other colleges.

Yes, mechanical branch is good.
But if you see the placement scenario, the average package is 3.3 lakh per annum. Few core companies come to the college.
