IIIT Kota Cutoff 2026: JEE Main Previous Years Closing Rank

IIIT Kota JEE Main cutoff 2025 was released for all rounds and various All India categories for admission to BTech course specialisations.

For the General AI category, the overall cutoff for BTech CSE ranged from 23800 to 33434. On the other hand, the OBC AI category, had a cutoff varying between 9992 and 44688 for the same course. Students should know that the cutoff for other categories will vary accordingly.

IIIT Kota BTech cutoff 2025 was released for admission to various All India categories. For the BTech CSE branch, admissions were closed at a rank of 33434. In 2024 and 2023, the last round rank for the same course was 33419 and 27979, respectively. 

After comparing these ranks, we can see that the competition for CSE has been decreasing over the years. Please remember that other categories will have different cutoffs accordingly. 

The JEE Main 2025 cutoff was released for IIIT Kota for the BTech course across different categories of students belonging to the AI quotas. In the last round, the cutoff rank for the most competitive BTech specialisation, i.e. B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was 33434 in the General AI category.

For the OBC category students, the IIIT Kota BTech cutoff 2025 fell between 44688 and 64226, with B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering emerging as the most difficult for securing a seat in the AI quota.

IIIT Kota accepts GATE CCMT exam 2025 scores. The institute has recently released seat allotment results for all categories and rounds after the exam result declaration. If a candidate cleared the cutoff, then he/she should get ready for counselling rounds. For students aiming for admission to the same, they should strive to attain a score of 418 or higher to qualify for M.Tech in AI and DS. Observing the IIIT Kota M.Tech cutoff trends over the years for admissions, wherein M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science is the most sought-after course specialisation, we can clearly say that the competition has significantly increased for the General AI category students, as in 2023, the IIIT Kota last round cutoff score was 352, in 2024, it reached up to 364, and this year, in 2025, the qualifying score was 418. 

The same can be said for the OBC AI category for the same specialisation. In 2023, 322 was the cutoff score, jumping a little ahead, it reached 326 in 2024, and further rose to 358 in 2025.

IIIT Kota has released the M.Tech Cutoff 2025 for various specialisations in the form of opening and closing scores for different rounds and categories. For admission to  M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE-Semiconductor Technology) IIIT Kota cutoff 2025 for the general category candidates ranged from 370 to 366 in the first and last rounds. For the OBC category, the cutoff score ranged between 330 to 320.
