Everything is good, faculty is .
Placements: The placement rate is 80%, the highest package is 45 LPA, and the lowest is 9 LPA. AMD, Intel, Google, startup companies, JPMorgan, and some others are among the top recruiting companies. For campus placement, I can give an average rate of about 80%, with two roles being VLSI engineer, electronic design engineer, and some others.
Infrastructure: I can give 4 stars, which is more than enough. Classrooms and library, I can give 4-4.5. The mess is below average. The medical facility is good. Sports and games, I can give 4.5.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive. They are knowledgeable, and the course curriculum makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not too hard; you can pass easily. The pass percentage is 98%, which depends on the student. If they try, they can easily get 8.5, which is good.
Other: I took this course because I like dealing with hardware and VLSI, mainly for the skills. There is only one fest, which lasts about 5 days: "Samghatha." Don't expect much; extracurricular activities are average.

It's a good college to study if you have a lower rank to join NITs.
Placements: 35 LPA is the highest. I don't know the lowest package. Overall average placements. Many students do internships, such as a paid internship, because they are important and a good thing. The ECE department is good here, and you can be taught by good lecturers, except that some of them are common.
Infrastructure: Small rooms for freshers. Building a new one until then, average rooms. Food is good. Sports are the best thing in college. Wi-Fi is not available in the hostel rooms, whereas you get Ethernet, which does not often work properly, but you can get Wi-Fi in college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, except for some. Exams' difficulty is medium to hard. For one semester, they conduct a mid-term and a final exam. One semester only lasts for 70 days here, i.e., 70 working days. Teachers are all highly qualified.
Other: Events are not up to the mark. Scholarships are available in all colleges.

The college is located on 50 acres. The college infrastructure is also good.
Placements: Highest package of our college is 35.4 LPA. The placement percentage in CSE department is 62.11%. The placement percentage in ECE department is 44.38%. Which is not good. The median placement package in CSE department is 9.55 LPA, and median placement package in ECE department is 9.05 LPA.
Infrastructure: Quality of the faculty members in our college is good. Quality of food is okay, not bad. There is no non-veg served in mess food. We have to buy it on our own. When we talk about medical facilities, there is a medical help center in our college. We will play all types of games in our playground. But there is no swimming pool. In other college there is a swimming pool. But in our college, we don't.
Faculty: Semester exams are also good. Pass percentage is not specified. It depends on the grading. For some courses, they have scored 20% or above in the whole semester to pass. The difficulty of the exams is 50%. The exams are conducted in a big hall which can accommodate 100-200 people in a single room. There will be 4-5 invigilators in that room. The exams will be strictly conducted. The rules are strictly followed during the exams.
Other: There are more fests in our college which is conducted with low budgets.

Mess food is below average.
Placements: 80% is the placement rate. The highest package is 45 LPA, and the lowest is 9 LPA. AMD, Intel, Google, startup companies, JPMorgan, and some others come for campus placement. There is one canteen in college, and the price is affordable.

Indian Institute of Information Technology.
Placements: The maximum number of students in my college have joined the CSE course. It now has one of the most job offers. Many students have joined through JEE Main or EAMCET. The highest package was 40 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: We have the best infrastructure provided by the government. We have nice AC classrooms and AC hostel rooms. We have Wi-Fi available here all the time. We also have so many libraries here and so many labs for doing experiments. We have so many varieties of food items here
Faculty: The best faculty are placed here. They are well-trained and well-educated professors. Their teaching skills are very nice, and we absolutely understand what they teach. This course is completely relevant to software companies and not about industries. The semester is more difficult, even some faculty members cannot find the answers for the exam paper.

Academic wise almost perfect.
Placements: The highest package of 32 LPA has been offered to 4 students by VISA Inc. Amazon has offered the highest internship stipend to one student with 1.1 lakh per month. Accenture has offered a package of 12.2 LPA to 8 students. Plum Benefits has offered a package of 16 LPA to 3 students. Global Foundries has offered a package of 15 LPA to 1 student. Forsys has offered a package of 12 LPA to 3 students. AMD has offered an internship to 4 students with a stipend of Rs 45,000 per month.
Infrastructure: To be honest, we faced a lot of Wi-Fi trouble, like connectivity issues, and sometimes the Wi-Fi is not available for hours. Mess food has improved as compared to last year, but it still has to be improved a lot. Many rooms are lacking the almirah, and it's been a month since we asked them to provide. Classrooms are good, with small issues for faculty computers. Very poor sports items are available.
Faculty: Most lecturers and their lectures are perfect. Exams are also okay, not so easy not so hard. If the lecturers find you enthusiastic, then they help you a lot and teach you very patiently. Everything is happy and good until you destroy it by yourself. Just don't go into fight and wrong things.
Other: College location is not that good. The main road is around 2 KM away. You can still find many auto but the cost for reaching that one connection road is Rs 100.

While comparing IIIT Trichy and IIIT Kancheepuram the decision will be a subjective one. Considering only parameters based on package students will find that in terms of package IIIT Kancheepuram offers better packages of INR 32 Lakhs in the highest but IIIT Trichy wins in average packages of INR 9.

In 2022 the IIITDM Kancheepuram cutoff ended with Round 3. For the 2025 cutoff is to be released after declaration of the seat allotment result of each round.
