While IIM-A does not have a minimum score required for admission, candidates are advised to aim for a score between 70 and 75 percentile in both the quantitative and verbal sections of the GMAT/GRE.  Students must also note that standardised tests are just one of several admission criteria. 

As per the official website, the total fee is INR 12 Lacs (inclusive of all taxes). The programme fee is inclusive of tuition fee, course materials fee, student's stay and food during campus visits and other service facilities, such as libraries, etc. Students can pay this programme fee in two instalments. No, one can't join IIM without CAT. Candidates seeking admission to the IIM Ahmedabad MBA course must appear for CAT and secure 90 percentile. The Institute considers Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds for final admission to IIM Ahmedabad along with CAT results.
