Average because of faculty, good placement

Placements: Mostly, sales roles will be offered for freshers, and if you have a B.Tech background, then only you will grab a good placement. The top recruiters of the college are HSBC, BNY MELLON, ICICI BANK, BENQ, NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE, HDFC, ACCENTURE, and V GUARD.

Infrastructure: The mess food is average, and all the facilities are available in the hostel, but there are some hygiene problems and water issues in the hostel. The library is good, having strong infrastructure. The college has very good infrastructure, and the view in the morning and evening is very nice.

Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful. You can go to the teacher's cabin to solve your queries, and the teacher will also assist you. The course has different credit courses in which you have 10 to 20 classes. There are 6 terms of each 3 months.

Other: Events are very engaging.

Placements: 100% placements are secured. The highest package is 48.58 LPA, the medium package is 15.25 LPA. Banks -Axis, BNY Mellon, HDFC, HSBC, ICICI etc. are top reruiters. Analytics - Delloite, Tiger Analytics, CRISIL etc. Manufacturing -Adani, Mercedes Benz, UltraTech etc. Top roles were offered in BFSI sector. 100% students got internships.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, library, classrooms, labs, canteen, conference rooms, auditorium all facilities are available. Top class food, new hostel under construction. Medical facilities are proper and sports are considered a key in a leader's development hence sports are given much importance too.

Faculty: Top qualified faculty members with industry experience. Course curriculum is updated and then adjusted to the demands of various industries. All the faculty members are Ph.D. holders and experts in their respective fields. Course curriculum is very relevant to the present situation.

Review of IIM Gaya - Indian Institute of Management, Bodh Gaya.

Placements: Final placements for the recent batch are very promising, with a growth of 33.3% in the median package of 12.31 LPA. The highest package stands at 30.50 LPA. The total offers bagged by the institute are 200 for 175 students, reporting 100% placements record. Some of the prominent companies visited are BNY Mellon, McKinsey, Aditya Birla Group, Accenture, Deloitte, Infosys, and many more. The average summer internship package for the recent batch is 65,000.

Infrastructure: The institute provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls separately. Proper equipment is provided in the gym and other facilities for sports and games. The permanent campus is under construction, and the expected date of inauguration is November 2022. As the classes are conducted in virtual mode currently, students are provided access to online libraries.

Faculty: The faculty in our institute are well versed with the subject, holding a PhD in the management field from top Indian B-schools. You can also find few having industry experience as well. The pedagogy of the course is designed in such a way to have fruitful discussions and interactions among the students. The course is heavily packed with many subjects which makes it difficult to cover all the topics.

Other: The course challenges your logical thinking and analytical skills on a whole, exposes you to various case studies and real-time problems. Peer learning plays a key role in your learning. The total batch size is 210. Elegante is the annual fest conducted every year, and apart from this, many events and competitions are organized by various clubs every month. Merit-based scholarships and financial assistance are provided for economically weaker sections. The campus is situated in Bodh Gaya, an international tourist spot.

Placements: 100 % of the Students got placed in the Batch (2020 -2022) with the total of 175 Students. The highest package is INR 30.50 LPA, the average is INR12,36 LPA. The top Recruiting Companies for the batch (2020 - 2022) are Mckinsey & Company, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, ICICI Bank, HSBC and HDFC Bank, etc. The top roles offered are Consultant and Senior Business Analyst, etc. 100 Percent of the Students got internships in Companies like Cognizant and ICICI Bank etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is comparable to that of other new generation IIMS.A stable Wi-Fi connection is coupled with separate rooms allotted to different committees for their smooth functioning, which leads to peer-to-peer learning. Moreover, IIM Bodhgaya has a Library Committee to Maintain the Research and Learning Requirements of the Students. It is a Learning Resource Centre which gives us access to over 150000 books and 15000+ e- journals along with a Remote Access Facility. We have been given some of the best resources by our library like Turnitin and Grammarly, etc.

Faculty: The Faculty here is highly qualified as all the faculty members have real-time corporate exposure as they have great work experience in multiple renowned institutions. IIMs are known for their course curriculum and for our course, the course curriculum is designed in such a way that greatly enhances our learning curve after each lecture.

Placements: IIM Bodh Gaya has an excellent placement record. The Career and Development Cell (Placement Cell) has cordial relations with the industry, and it ensures all its students to get summer internship opportunities at the best firms. Final placements at IIM Bodh Gaya were marvelous and saw an overall rollout of 200 offers for 175 candidates for the year '20 - '22. The placements saw an overall 24% growth in YoY growth in average placements, a 33.33% YoY increase in the median package, and 76% YoY growth for the highest offered package. The median package stood at 12 LPA, and the average package stood at 12.31 LPA. The highest package offered was 30.50 LPA. The institution saw participation from recruiters such as BNY Mellon, McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, Crisil, Morgan Stanley and many more.

Infrastructure: IIM Bodh Gaya is currently operational from its transit campus at Magadh University but will soon be shifting to its permanent campus in 2022. The permanent campus will be laden with state of the art of facilities for the students. The current infrastructure is quite good. We have ample opportunities to play TT, Volleyball, Basketball, cricket and much more. We have a functional mess, and the hygiene and cleaning are maintained every day.

Faculty: IIM Bodh Gaya boasts of highly qualified professors. All of the professors have done their doctoral from eminent institutes and are highly skilled. The pedagogy involves using relevant case studies and peer to peer interaction. The professors teach us and guide us on various term papers research papers. The curriculum is updated each year on the needs of the industry the updates from the students. We are all taught on par with the standards set by our elder IIMs. Our uniqueness lies in our culture of Mindfulness. Being in the land of enlightenment, we have imbibed the spirit of Mindfulness in our institution and our curriculum. We have cutting edge courses on IT & Decision Sciences, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, General Management and Public Policy for making mindful leaders of tomorrow.
