IIM Sambalpur admission to various PG and PhD courses in based on valid scores in national-level entrance exams. Some of the accepted exams are CAT, GMAT, GRE, GATE, and JRF. The highest package received by an MBA graduate at the institute was INR 32.95 LPA. On the other hand, the average and median salaries offered to MBA 2025 students were INR 15.65 LPA and INR 15.02 LPA, respectively. The largest share of recruitments (40%) were secured in the BFSI/NBFC sector. In these domains, the highest and average packages offered by companies were recorded at INR 32.95 LPA and INR 16.06 LPA.
