Application:

You can get into the BTech courses offered by IIT (ISM) Dhanbad through JEE Mains. However, JEE Mains isn't enough. One must clear JEE Advanced to get into any of the IITs. The same applies to the IIT Dhanbad admissions as well. To summarise:
IIT Dhanbad BTech Admission = Clearing JEE Mains + JEE Advanced + Participating in JoSAA counselling for seat allotment.
To get CSE at IIT Dhanbad, candidate must have a valid rank in JEE Advanced as per the respective category. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota.
