IIT Indore offers UG, PG, Dual Degrees and PhD courses in the streams of Engineering and Science. The institute provides full time specialisations in courses such as BTech, MTech, MS, MSc, and PhD.

At the UG level, programs include BTech in disciplines including Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering. The overall campus of IIT Indore is safe with strict security for both girls and boys. IITI is well-known for its annual student initiatives and events. Hostel life at IIT Indore is one of the best in all the ITIs. Newly constructed hostel building in the permanent campus has a great infrastructure. Currently, the institute has six hostels out of which one is for female students and the other for married students. The hostel life is vibrant with 574 rooms each in 6 hostels. IITI also provides extracurricular activities with various clubs, fests, events and competitions.
