To get a seat in IIT Jammu for M.Tech. in VLSI Design, candidates should have a BE/B.Tech/M.Sc. in ECE/EE/ETC/CSE/Physics. The program is a two-year M.Tech in VLSI Design (Executive) that covers the theoretical underpinnings of academia and the dynamic pragmatism of the semiconductor, sensors, and AI industries. The program has a one-year exit policy, and students can get a Post Graduate Diploma in VLSI Design after successful completion of one year. The program starts in July 2025 (tentative) and has a duration of 24 months, with 60 academic credits and IIT Jammu Alumni Status post successful completion.
