    Great faculty and kitchen.
Placements: About 80% of students get placed. The packages vary according to the hotels. Radisson, Oberois, and so many cruise ships offer placements. So many companies offered internships like Taj, Oberoi, Radisson, etc. Some students also crack the management trainee program, and some students crack the soul chef position.
Infrastructure: There are so many facilities like lunch and drinking water, and a library with many cooking books. Classrooms are very clean and the college also has a projector room for better understanding. The college also provides a hostel with very clean rooms.
Faculty: Teachers are experts in their own fields, and the faculty is very friendly and explain every topic in detail. This course makes students industry-ready with experience. Semester exams are easy in college and the pass percentage is about 30 to 40 percent.
Other: I personally chose this course because I am interested in becoming a chef.

It is the best culinary institute in India.
Placements: Our college had a good placement record. In 2022, many students joined a work permit where they finished general training of 4 months of IT. The campus interviews were conducted by the five-star properties. Top recruiting companies were Taj Group, ITC, Oberoi, and Radisson Group. Many students wanted to join Cruise Line. Every year interviews were conducted by Cruise staff. A few students went abroad. In general, everyone doesn't want to work after graduation, they want to do their master's in hotel management.
Infrastructure: Our college provided a boys' hostel only. The hostel provided facilities like Wi-Fi, 3 times meals, and a washing machine. Labs were available in our college for food production. Our college had 2 Indian kitchens, 3 bakeries, an advanced technology kitchen, a cruise kitchen, an F&B service, and 2 restaurants for practicals including a housekeeping department and a front office department. They were neat. The library was available in our college for studying purposes. It was on the 3rd floor. Canteen was on the top floor. There was no Wi-Fi in our college.
Faculty: We had 6 semesters. Teachers were very helpful and qualified. They had a good experience in their fields. The syllabus was prepared by Osmania University. If you present daily in college and attend every practical and theory class, you never get a backlog.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in food production, and I want to work in the kitchen department. Through this course, we will get to learn about different cuisine and going to spend more time in the kitchen while practical classes. In every class, 30 students' batches are divided. Students come from across the country. Scholarships are provided by the state government. About 30% of the purchase course fee is applied to students who are local from Hyderabad Telangana. Our college organises cultural events and fests like Christmas, Diwali, Sanskari, a fresher's party, and International Chefs Day. Our college conducts all sports and games in February and March. This course is for three years.

Talking about the food the college provides lunch which we have it in our cafeteria, and students also have food which is prepared during the practicals. The Hostel is good which is connected to the college and the vicinity is close to Habsiguda metro station in case we like to travel after college.
Faculty: The teaching quality is excellent, infact all the faculty are highly experienced and have worked for a long time in hotels and cruises, they not only teach us they also motivate us and support us participating in various competitions and festivals. Talking about the curriculum we are taught basics of Food Production, F&B Service, Housekeeping and Front Office, In the second year we are thought various regional cuisines and principles of quantity production and in the final year we are thought Advanced Cookery and Kitchen Management, we also have secondary subjects every year like Hygiene and Sanitation, Nutrition, Hotel Engineering, Financial Management, Culinary Arts, French. Etc. We also have Personality Development and Communication classes.
Other: When ever I see food I have always been intrigued with the art and Science that goes into its preparation and, when ever I see something delicious I have always considered it as a piece of art instead of food and that's what pushed me to pursue my dream as an artist, who is commonly called as a Chef, and that dream slowly started realizing after joining IIHMCA. My experience at IIHMCA has been wonderful which led me explore and learn new things in professional and personal aspects. My faculty focuses on our careers goals and guide us on selecting most suitable specialisation based on ones strengths and passion. Various Co Curricular activities such as organizing competitions, hosting fests and participating in celebrations of national festivals built confidence and leadership skills in us, Attending the National level Chef competitions like GICC, WGSHA QUEST, ACP, Cate Fete, NBCC, XENIA. Etc. And winning a few helped me know my potential and prove my caliber, the ambiance here has always been very positive and energetic.
