A journey that changed my life.
Placements: Placement drive of IGC has been one of the best out there. They guided us through every detail of the interviews and what the company was looking for in their candidates. With constant placement activity in college along with my classmates, we had landed handsome jobs with remarkable companies.
Infrastructure: IGC had one of the best infrastructure and surroundings, with clean classrooms and hostel, with 24-hour medical facility. Coming from a different state, I always feel paranoid about my living away from home. But IGC was more like home away from home. I never had such difficulty adjusting to its environment.
Faculty: I must say without a doubt that IGC had teachers who were willing to go extra mile for their students. In my year of college, I had no problem asking and understanding problems. They guided us through every single detail, and made sure that we were on the same page.
Other: Not only academics but IGC focused on overall development of students, which I personally like the most about college, with college fests like Mosaic, Lamhe, sports meet, and blood donation camps. It had ways to engage students in extracurricular activities. I always felt great to take a break from regular classes and to be involved in such fun activities.

This college is absolutely very amazing, especially in rainy season and also it's interesting.
Placements: Recently, I completed my bachelor in business administration. This is all about how business works and how we can start our own business with perfect planning and decision. There are many types of companies that come to our college and select many students in different fields.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college (IGGOC) is very calm and beautiful. It is perfect for study and fresh mind. There is greenery everywhere. Every department has a different building. The environment is very beautiful most of the time. In the rainy season, we can see the real beauty of this college.
Faculty: All teachers are well-experienced and have proper knowledge about their subjects. Also, they are very friendly with everyone. They help every student in every situation. They behave like they are our family for someone they are like brothers, sisters, or teachers.
Other: I chose this course with the help of my friend circle. One of my friends had completed his graduation, so he referred me to take admission in this college because he was very impressed by this college.

B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Science - Batch of 2024

Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: 60% of students were placed in our course. The highest package was above 10 LPA, the lowest package was around 5 to 7 LPA, and the average package was below 10 LPA. A maximum students got internships from my course. Most students got internships in very good companies. I don't know the names of those companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was very good. Many facilities in our college as well as a hostel like Wi-Fi available 24/7. The food was also good in the hostel mess. The quality of the hostel was very good, with water facilities. Hot water was provided during the winter.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and well-educated with knowledge. Their teaching quality was also very good. This course was very good for the future because it was in the medical stream. Exams were easy if you prepared well. Exams and syllabus for our course were easy, but I don't know about other branches.
Other: The reason I chose this course was because it is related to the medical field, and I like the medical stream. That's why I chose this course. Events were also done by the college.

B.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2027
1.8

I don't like this college and don't come here.
Placements: They accept the student who has clearly passed and cleared all the back papers. They accept from 47% to 100% in JEE and all. I have heard that we have to do a 1-month internship in the 4th semester and a 6-month internship in the 7th semester. They don't have placements for Civil; only other departments have placements.
Infrastructure: The college and classrooms are adorable, but the study is good. I am from the Northeast and didn't want to stay in the hostel from the start, but we are required to stay in the hostel for 1 year. Even if we don't stay in the hostel, we have to pay the fee. So, staying in the hostel for a year. There are no interesting extracurricular activities. It's in a deep countryside village, and there are no hospital facilities nearby. There's only one canteen with some limited food items.
Faculty: Some teachers are good and qualified and teach well, but some are not good at teaching because we don't understand what they are teaching at all. I am doing my exam right now, and they don't teach much; you have to cover the syllabus by yourself. It's hard, and I thought the exams were 45%.
Other: Not at all the best. I am stuck here.

Review of Indo Global College of Engineering as a fresher.
Placements: Max number of students are placed in my field only. Students only get internships in my college with good stipends. Top recruitment offers a 45,000 stipend from HCL. The top role offered is Senior Software Developer. Companies like HCL, Idea, and RedHat are the top recruiters.
Infrastructure: There are 45 students in each section, and 2 sections are there in my branch. Two teachers are able to handle the students easily. Teachers are very nice, polite, helpful, and supportive. Guards are a bit harsh, but it is their duty. Overall, the experience is very good with faculty as a fresher.
Faculty: The curriculum is affiliated with PTU, and it is very well set up. Easy learning is there, and extra classes are provided, but a point they are lacking in is they are more theory-oriented and provide less practical knowledge, according to me. The pass percentage is 85%. Semester exams are moderate.
Other: Lamhe is the annual function for the freshers. It is held in the month of October. There are 3 libraries with more than 10,000 books, but there are fewer technological provisions within the classrooms. Sports facilities are very good, with every type of sport available. Photography, coding, poetry, and literature are some types of clubs run by the students.

This college is not a good option.
Placements: The placement rate is below average at this college. It will be approximately 20 to 30 percent. The average package is 2 to 3 LPA. There are very few recruiting companies. They first told me. We know that they have a clear record for 100% placement, but it is not clear, so do not trust them.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not working properly in the college. Classrooms are average but very hot in the summer. Do not have many facilities. Very poor transport facility. The college is built in a rural area. It is not very crowded, which is a good point.
Faculty: Teachers are good and qualified. But some are not that educated, which they should be. Have a course option, but they are not that valuable. They do not do industry visits for students. Semester exams are not that tough, but. The supply fee is too high.
Other: I was interested in doing this course; why choose this course? I have never heard about this college but have to take admission in it because I was late for admissions. They do not have many events, and this college is too boring. No extra activities.
