at Indraprastha College for Women, Civil Lines

The college has two hostels, namely, the Kalawati Gupta Hostel, which is on its campus with a total of 450 seats, and the Indraprastha College for Women's Hostel, across the road and opposite the main campus of IP College. For the 1st year, fees is around Rs. 183100; for the 2nd and 3rd years, fees is around Rs. 173000.

In 2022, Indraprastha College for Women (like all DU affiliated colleges) adopted CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses. Indraprastha College for Women admission 2025 for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:

Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.

Step 2: Submit Indraprastha College for Women + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and college as the option. 

Step 3: The University released the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists respectively for all categories. 

Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Indraprastha College for Women will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification. 

Step 5: Once Indraprastha College for Women accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat. 

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2026 registration will commence in first week of March at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA will release the CUET 2026 notification in first week of March 2026. Soon after the release of the notification, the CUET registration 2026 process begins online at the official website. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2026 exam must ensure that complete the application form online. Additionally, before filling out the application form, candidates must ensure that they fulfill the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam.

Indraprastha College for Women is the oldest women’s college in Delhi. It is a constituent college of the University of Delhi. The eligibility criteria for admission to IP College vary depending on the course and level of study. For undergraduate courses, candidates must have passed their 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. For postgraduate courses, candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

To check the merit list for Indraprastha College for Women, you can visit the official website of the college. The merit list for BSc 2023 has not been released yet. However, you can keep an eye on the website for updates. The admission process is ongoing, and you can apply online through the official website of Delhi University. The application fee for general category students is Rs. 250, while it is Rs. 100 for SC/ST/PwD/EWS category students. The last date to apply is September 7, 2023.

In any case, if a student misses an internal exam, they have the option to retake it with the teacher's consent and with prior information. The dates, syllabus, and schedule for internal exams are all adequately communicated to students. Therefore, it is recommended that students make every effort to attend the internal exams and perform to the best of their abilities.
