Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai offers multiple courses in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, Cooking, and related disciplines. The institute offers a BSc programme in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, comprising the curriculum formulated in collaboration with the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) and IGNOU. The institute also offers a regular BSc NRI programme. Apart from the degree programme, IHM Mumbai extends a UG & PG diploma, certificate courses (including a 6-month full-time certificate in Craft Course in Professional Bartending), and short courses under the 'Hunar Se Rozgar' programme.

Candidates are offered admission to diploma courses at IHM Mumbai based on merit in the last qualifying exam.
