The Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET) is a national-level admission test. The Indian Maritime University (IMU) administers computer-based tests (CBT) to candidates each year for admission to its 6 campuses. Candidates who want to enroll in the BE/BTech (Marine Engineering), BSc (Nautical Science), and Diploma in Nautical Science programmes must take the IMU CET. Multiple choice questions are asked on the IMU CET, which is conducted in English. The exam lasts for three hours in total.
