Best college if you want a good college life and faculty that you will like the most.
Placements: There is no placement cell for the course I’m in, and it’s a basic course just for a graduation degree. 0% of students have been placed in this course. There is no average package offered in this course. There are no recruiting companies for this course. There are no students who have get internships from this course.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of the department are quite good, with proper clean and appreciable classes. The library is there with proper air conditioning and Wi-Fi facility. The hostel food is of good quality, and there are proper facilities for sports and games, with all medical facilities.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable about the fields they teach. The teaching quality of all teachers are excellent. The curriculum teaches students to be ready for industries they want to enter. Exams are a bit hard to ensure that students take them seriously. The pass percentage is about 50%-60%.
Other: This course is best for bio students as it is easy but meets industrial needs. Experiments are the best part of this course. There is nothing that needs to be improved in this course. Events, fests, and extracurricular activities are not that good.

Placement or internship rate is very low except in some departments like biochemistry.
Placements: My college provides a good education. But it lacks the internship facility or placements. I am doing B.Sc from the subject of biochemistry, which does not provide any type of packages at all. In the course of biochemistry, we gain multiple types of practical knowledge, including blood tests and other types of pathology tests.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is well-designed. Our college has proper classrooms with digital facilities like a projector and scanners. The library has an intake capacity of around 90 students. It has PhD scholars and UG students. Labs have proper instruments.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Even some teachers are PhD holders. The course curriculum is relevant to the present day as it deals with the importance of diet and other pathological abnormalities, or immunological abnormalities. It definitely makes students industry-ready, by which we can directly do internships in pharmaceutical industries, cosmetic industries, and other pathological labs. The level of examination at college is much tougher, and the pass percentage of our college is also very low, which falls to about 33%.
Other: I chose the college because of its facilities regarding my major subject, biochemistry, in which a very well-established laboratory is available with advanced types of instruments and devices like an ultracentrifuge, colorimeter, spectrophotometer, etc. The best thing about my course is that it provides practical knowledge regarding the syllabus. The college does not provide any type of environment that may promote any type of events, fest, or crowd. It promotes cultural programs, including dance and singing, and also sports activities like cricket. Local students can apply for different scholarships, and students from other states can also apply for the national scholarship.

The college is good regarding education quality but the level of examination is tough.
Placements: Around 62 students are enrolled in the course of biochemistry. There are no direct placements or packages offered by the college. But it makes the foundation for applying in various types of companies and industrial sectors like pharmaceutical and food industries. The roles offered in my course are related to pathology, medical research, and other pharmaceutical works.
Infrastructure: Iswar Saran Degree College has well-established classrooms, laboratories, and libraries. Classrooms have well facilities with basic necessities like available light and other advanced facilities like projectors. Library contains a vast range of books from various fields including books of national and international authors. Laboratories are full of modern instruments and devices like pH meter, colorimeter, spectrophotometer, microcentrifugation, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable and qualified for higher qualifications like Ph.D. Most of our faculty members are Ph.D. holders. Their teaching quality is also outstanding. This course curriculum is relevant as it deals with the food industry including food quality checks and pharmaceuticals. The difficulty level of examination is quite standard and can be categorized as tough level. Thus, the pass percentage is not more than 40% in the first year. The final exam properly filters the desired students with proper knowledge.
Other: I chose biochemistry subject as it deals with the chemical happening inside our human body. The best thing about the course is that we can closely relate the whole syllabus with our own body system and this makes the course more interesting. Blood camps are conducted by the department to provide practical knowledge and experience related to our course. Our college doesn't promote any kind of fests, events, and crowds but conducts cultural activities occasionally. Scholarships are provided based on state from which students belong. The students of UP get state scholarships and Northeast students get Ishan Iday scholarships.
